I will always remember Esfandiari's thought process in a hand like this... What are you representing and what do you actually have? Also, my chip stack size/pot size/call amount? If I commit $11,300, it is fair to pause and think, Does she have an over-pair? Does she have a monster (boat)? What's her image been like, so far? She could have a draw gone sour? $11,200 more to call? The flat call on the turn screams draw. Because of board texture with preflop and flop bets you don't check the turn with 2 opponents in (but a draw definitely does). Over-pair (KK or AA) should challenge the turn bet with a raise (it puts more pressure on your opponents to over-think). It can be 10s full or bust... With his stack and pot size - I call.
so if you raised the turn there with an over pair and I asked you your logic why, you'd say "i wanted to challenge him!"? ...lol, where do you play and how do I get a seat? 😂
@@moeduh - Every move can give away some sort of information. If you don't think a raise or 3-bet is a challenge to your opponent, then you're playing way too basic and see the game differently. You don't have to agree and that's ok. But, to think I am a fish is just foolishness. You don't win large field tournaments (MTT) by being a fish... And, I could guess you think you're one of the best 😆 *FYI: I clearly mentioned only KK and AA not ANY over-pairs. Since a raise didn't happen it helps with the thought process. A boat or 555 is not raising the turn.
@@sskk9006 - Yeah, my mistake. There was no check/call by her. Flat calling a turn bet doesn't mean 100% monster either. Shoving the river was obviously the best move for her to make. It won and that's all that matters. Not all pro players will fold there but it was the move that won...
Sorry guys- I like picking on Hellmuth but he did not do much wrong here. He just said Justin has Jacks… he did not say anything about her hand. So he did not influence the action at all.
I mean the board favors her range a lot, seems legit. But with SPR the Jacks only had to put in 16 to win 52 so I’m not sure! Maybe she just has a 5 too often to call?
how does lynne keeping getting invites on these poker shows she's literally one of the biggest donks out there. Oh wait nvm now I know why daddy's money.
She admits to being born into wealth on her RUclips. She's like 26 only she mentioned her age too. Streams prefer gambly spewy people and famous people which is why she gets invites.
I would've a preferred a 4 bet with Jacks with the dead caller and OOP. I'm not sure about the lead on the turn as he should only have A5/65/54. Well played by both nonetheless.
This play was incredible on a world class player and the cold muck afterwards...love it!
bad play, bad fold

It wasn’t a check call on turn. She flat a donk bet which you’d do with a nutted hand. She seems super strong here flatting turn then shoving river.

@@PsyferIncI don’t think aces and kings need to raise with that spr facing a donk. Not getting called by much worse
Why is Phil running his mouth during an all in spot?
"Herp derp you didn't 4bet because you thought I had aces" JFC Phil, you're not the main character.
Because he thinks the world revolves around him.
Because his old and stupid.
Cause he’s a douch 😂
That move was so gangsta !
Phil should have a penalty for opening his mouth when he’s not in the pot it’s so wrong
Guess you could say it's 'Bad etiquette' as Phil likes to quote all the time...

exactly. this was fine, people just don't understand what's allowed and what's not
Phil should stfu after he has folded his hand and not try to comment about other people's hand...
She didn't bluff, she had a pair of sevens. (ha!)
She wasn’t raising for value, she was raising to get a better hand to fold because she believed she was beat. That is the true definition of a bluff!
She converted her hand into a Bluff, bluff is to throw away the best hand from your opp.
How did Phil know Justin had JJ?? White magic???
a bad bluff goes through, and everyone be like "i love the play"

she 3b pre and he called. It Favours the callers range not hers...

Wow Phil! Hypocrite.
Way more missed draws than a 5 as played… but easy to level yourself into a fold here
