18:45 I'm surprised Reid didn't ask for a judge here. By not revealing the Swamp he hit off the Moloch before adding it to his hand, Nonthakorn drew a card illegally. Patrick Chapin learned that one the hard way and took a game loss in a feature match a few years ago.
Reid really should've picked up some of those late Mirrodin Avenged going around in pack three. It's not a great removal spell, but he didn't have any other options, and they can be used post combat to turn unfavorable blocks into card/board advantage.
I guess it is because it is "skill" vs "power". Reid's deck has no business going up against Nonthakorn's deck has so many good cards that it feels like all-star (Nonthakorn) vs underdog (Reid)
Just have 2 God accounts on the mainstage, use the deck list and sideboards recorded to make the decks, in the set up time, every other noncommentated match can still be paper so a person does not need to fully commit to one form or the other to qualify or play
I understand this point of view, but if this does happen, then why should WOTC ever even print cards if they want to do all their official tournaments online. It doesn’t make sense from WOTC’s perspective.
Nonthakorns gotta have the coolest draft deck i’ve ever see at a PT
Commentators: "Reid's got a bomb-heavy deck!" Nonthakorn: "Hold my beer"
it was my first time tuning on PT draft and it was so fun to watch nonthakorn play his silly 5 color deck
Marshall and Paul are too good together in the booth I swear!
This deck is UNREAL. 7 mythics & rares is insane
Those decks were insane.
Can’t believe Reid is not playing boon-bringer Valkyrie
He is. For some stupid reason it's showing up as a Bolas Slinger in the decklist they keep showing.
Both very respectful and joyous towards each other. Very nice👍
Bomb format
Jesus Christ that deck is sweet

because Reid is chill like that
limited low power level nowdays.. Vorinclex into atraxa, into world tree enchantment into ghalta and mavren ahah seems fun

Personally, I think the left to right board state is much more readable than top to bottom.
Can you elaborate what you mean?
@@bredlify3079 I think they mean turn the players so they are on the left and right, not top and bottom.
finally a cheering section that says me
Nonthakorn with the awesome deck! Reid is a nice guy but man feels the the commentary is very one sided rooting only for Reid to win.

Defeated everyone wearing a mask. Dudes my hero
I love playing paper magic but the main stage should 100% be on arena, just to make it easier to read the cards and see the lines of play
Just have 2 God accounts on the mainstage, use the deck list and sideboards recorded to make the decks, in the set up time, every other noncommentated match can still be paper so a person does not need to fully commit to one form or the other to qualify or play
No it should be on paper.

I've watched youtubers that put together better matches, where they show all the cards that come into play. 🤣
I am only watching paper magic
