I am 67 years old and widowed three years ago. I have begun taking solo trips and I actually like them. After many years of family vacations, I am finding my solo vacation personality. My mom said my playpen was by the tv and a woman was calling for a man, “Albert, Albert” and I just screamed out ALBERT! As for my daughter, hers was “Mine” and that was the start of everything being hers until she was 7! 😂😂

This was so fun! Some of my best memories are traveling in Europe with my mother after my father died. We had so many good laughs and experiences together. And I adore your mom. She closer to my age. 😀

The ear drooping thing is real! The place where i come from, married women have this tradition of wearing heavy gold earrings. Overtime, the hole gets bigger because of weight and the ear lobe gets elongated. In earlier times, they got it stitched up! 😬
