Reminds me of Biden telling Trump to shut up. I don’t like Biden or the dems but damn if that wasn’t a brilliantly simple put down and so perfect because even people that liked trump (infact more than others) wished he would shut the hell up. If he did that more often he probably would have won.

@taylor6string No, people had asked for requests and Ricky didn't write them down properly and kept messing them up. Some guy was asking a girl called Haley to go out with him, but Ricky kept getting it wrong. :-)

The real answer is that earlier in the show they got a request to give a shout out to a couple who listened to XFM. The boy wanted them to ask the girl out on a date to see X Men 2, and Ricky was supposed to ask for him. But Ricky didn't remember or write down their names so he basically messed the whole shout out up. He was trying to salvage it again here but Steve was just telling him to shut up and move on.

Amazing, iv listened to every episode a hundred times, it's like it's perfectly scripted but it's not, the greatest comedic trio of all time
