I love kmart
It is my favourite shop
My daughter’s 3rd birthday party was the Peter Rabbit cartoon theme. I made orange bubble wands into carrots to go with the party favour boxes, so cute! Love a kmart haul, but totally agree with not wasting money on bits you don’t really need, especially when you’re saving for a holiday 😉.
That is awesome!
Love the bubble wand idea . Hopefully you still do kid’s birthday and Christmas videos as I love your ideas
People who have Vegeta (pronounced Vej-Ee-Tar as in vegetable ) often dont have many other spices in their cupboard other than salt and pepper, I only have Paprika ,Dried onions, Garlic and Italian herbs. Vegeta has it all and I find I dont need to add anything else.
Would you mind sharing how you work out pocket money?
I have a 8yr old and a 4 year old. I want to start giving them something but they don't do "jobs" yet.
I’ll do something in a future video again :) but just start now with a couple of jobs for your kids . Especially the 8yr old . Teaching them a good work ethic as soon as you can is important fir how they will think as an adult/older teen. It’s not easy, it’s challenging as they hit the pre teen age lol , but keep at it. It’s really up to you how you do pocket money . I’ve done it different ways over the years , but currently I pay them a certain amount at the end of the week as long as they have been doing jobs through the week. So like a wage. They also have to do certain things regardless. So not paid . Eg put dirty clothes in basket, unpack school bag after school etc. I do pay them a significant amount now, as I found after all these years they now need something decent to learn the next part - actually managing money. Just having $5 for the week I couldn’t really do much with that with them.
