- Antil & Neeraj taste tested (a few) items that were served to world leaders during G20's official dinner. Obviously we tried only the things that were easily available. We are proud that alag alag states ke foods were presented to the guests, litti chokha ho ya dal bati churma, G20 mein sab mil raha tha. Comments mein batana agar Chef Kunal ke saath collab karke millets wala khaana bhi try krna ho toh.

2:50 dal parantha bani hui dal ka hi banta hai 😂. Raat ki bachi hui dal ho aur subah usko aate mein gondh kar parantha banao 😋 Especially Dhuli Moong dal ka
Chana daal is boil and then mix with onion coriander leaves chilies salt ginger etc and is tossed in pan then the stuffing is put inside paratha that is how daal paratha is made it’s not just boil daal mix with wheat dough it’s same like aloo paratha process

Antil bhai is correct, meri mummy waise hi daal paratha banati hai, with chane ki daal.
You can mix dal in aata while making dough. My mom used to make it for us with leftover daal. And it is very delicious.

When I visited Rajasthan, we were served dal baati with daal panchmel which was super delicious
Dal prantha is leftover dal jo subha atte mein milke add some sooji and harimirch and all spices then with ghee it is called missa prantha with butter and dahi and then try and please vist mukstar and bathinda you will love the food

I have made a different dal paratha once. I just used leftover dal instead of water to knead dough. Added some green chilli and dhania and then made paratha. I didnt use dal as filling.

For Daal Of Dal Bhati its a mixture of daal. मूंग दाल / ग्रीन ग्राम दाल
मसूर दाल / गुलाबी मसूर चना दाल / बंगाल ग्राम दाल
First u have to soak in water n boil n temper it with garlic khada masalas n onion n tomato basic gravy then.... that's is for the dal. Born in raised in Rajasthan dal bhati churma is an emotion like chole bhature for Delhi people (married in delhi so yea) N for dal paratha we make good ones soak channa dal boil it... Pan dry it add green chilli onions n masalas n make parathas mast lagte hai Try it once

Jodhpur is food capital of Rajasthan. Jalori gate pe Surya namkeen shop pe Mitchi Vada, Pyaz kachori and samosa khao. I bet us k baad ye tino cheeze kahi or ki pasand nahi aayegi. Or us k paas arora wale se lassi, lahsun kofta and dahi bhalla khao. Aisa kahi nahi milega. In short its an invitation to jodhpur.
