- It’s time for this Top 5 to become a Top 4 as Alaska and Willam recap the “Gayest Ball Ever” on this special video episode of Race Chaser. The Season 9 queens drag up puppets for a little bitch fest and then present three very gay looks on the runway for RuPaul and the judges. And don’t forget the rhythmic gymnastics routine; that was definitely important and needed.

Sasha not winning this ball is still in my top 3 of the biggest robberies ever on RPDR. She nailed all categories, Shea nailed one, was ok in one and not good in one. In my mind, Shea won 3 challenges this season, not 4. Sasha's looks are the ones that are still iconic for me from this challenge. That unicorn was brilliant (especially if you know your art history), the rainbow look was sublime and the cowboy look was so chic. Not to mention that she PERFORMED each look in a way that none of the other queens matched.
Sasha's final look had no construction as such. Maybe that's why she lost it. RuPaul actually said that it didn't feel like a Ball where the Harlem children can get their lives.
I don't think that matters, it is about selling it and nailing the category. Just look at Gottmik winning, and Jorgeous (even though the latter was not a ball). And people are still living for all of Sasha's looks today @@ashishsingh4867
