- This the first local dish i've tried since arriving in Ghana. This dish is called gari and beans also known as Goh- Beh by the natives from the volta region where this dish originated from.
it consist of Gari, beans and palm oil and served with fried plantain and boiled eggs.
you can find this food joint in new town Accra opposite the access bank and walk 5 mins facing right.

No hot spice . Taste was easy, you taste more palm oil before of it’s strong taste and black eye beans . The egg and fried plantain is a perfect combo.
We stopped calling the food red red like 1000 years ago.The approved name is GOB3.
