Damn this is heavy. My heart goes out to everyone that knew and loved Tony Sly, and my thanks to Joey for taking another tragic blow in stride and continuing to perform. Those two changed my life with their writing.

Hey Denise, thanks so much for posting this! I couldn't be at this gig (was at Durty Nelly's to see the awesome Fake Boys), but I heard good stories about it from my fellow Festers. Seeing Joey almost burst into tears at the end is hard, though. R.I.P. Tony Sly :'(. Cheers from a fellow RUclipsr from the Netherlands!

Did you record this? I remember there being a different version of this slightly less close up but I cannot find it anymore. This is real emotion, and as a fan you were all the way with Joey at this point. We all felt the heartache, even if you cannot compare it to what he must have felt. I am still sad to this day whenever I bust out the 90s Lagwagon and NUFAN cds.
Yes, I did. I apologize for the bad camera operating, I'm sure I was intoxicated... haha, but yeah this is the version I filmed. I have a few songs from their set up. It was very sad, honestly. I'm glad he did it, I know it was hard for him.
