Yeah, the bound sword spell is one of the fastest ways to level, and you get a lot of opportunities to do it in dungeons

That quest in companions is determined by save file, the same save file will always have the same first quest there.

usually not faster. only 6% faster movement (less if i have to go around tight corners) and takes time to enter/exit form
