Being shown exactly how these bones articulate and move, honestly makes learning this so much easier than just being shown pictures of bones and being expected to remember when your exam is on completely different models and pictures than you're given to study. Honestly thank you for bringing the in-class experience back I feel like you've really helped solidify my knowledge in a tangible fashion.
One more thing ma'am, how you have explained the process of Atlus and axial; humerus; and radius bone by joining and done movement is awesome, tremendous. Thank you.
Thank you so much so much for this, I just didn't know how and where to start studying but,you broke it down and made it really simple to understand. Thank you for your time and effort.
Thank you! I have the bone practical in 2 days and it’s really helpful that you went over the different bone structures and their articulations. Do you also have any videos about the appendicular skeleton where you teach us how to tell right from left of each bone? There will be questions in my exam that require us to know whether it’s a right or left bone, but to me that can be tricky, especially when looking at long bones.
Ma'am, the features are visible clearly and you have explained very nicely. Thank you so much. It is also possible to make a separate one video for all the process of bone because it is very difficult to remember all these and they get easily forgettable.
Hi. Thanks for watching. I'd be happy to when I have the time. This semester has been very busy. Now, I recommend learning one bone at a time. It makes it easier to remember without confusing them.
@@teachmeaandp335 Ma'am, it is very good for us if you would do this. I have searched a lot in the youtube, many of made video on separate bones but they explained the origin & attachment of muscles and ligament too. It would be better if you will explain all bony features of one bone in one video and muscles attachment in another video.
Thanks... It just slipped my mind. My students have a PowerPoint and lab manual that goes along with the videos and the patella is covered in the other sources. :)
There are 2 other skeletal videos for lab... One on the skull and one for the rest of axial. For lecture, theres one playlist for skeletal. If you go to the tab for vudeos, they will be back a bit since its chronological. Or search teachmeaandp skeletal system.
You are a great teacher. But please, please get a decent cameraperson (this video in particular suffered). Several of these videos could have been so much better. They'd communicate more if they were better composed shots. But other then that, I really do get a lot out of your videos. Thanks!
@@teachmeaandp335 I understand. I really do like your videos and get a lot of out of them. I'm going into core , theoretically, in Daytona area, so I appreciate the review. Good stuff!!

Great! I'm so happy it was helpful. I'm sure it's really challenging to take the course completely online and I'm glad to help in any way I can!!!!
No words do justice! but let me try, you are a superb, fantabulous anatomy teacher, and thank you!!!!

You are an incredible professor! Taking A&P as a Prereq for Paramedic school, and you have saved my life!
I've been watching so many videos and this is the best breakdown! Love the way you break it down! I'm excited to check out the rest of your videos.
Thanks! I'm glad it was helpful! :)

You're welcome! Thanks for watching!
Just what I needed. I could not find anyone who could explain the connection between bones like you have. Thank you so much for your well needed help!
Awesome... Thanks for watching!

You are so calm cool and collected!! Thanks for the great teaching. Have you done Origins and Insertions and Actions of the muscles?
Hello, thanks for the nice comment. No, I haven't done a video like that yet. It's a good idea though.
Awesome video. You explain it so eloquently 👌
Thank you so much for this, that was a much better presentation than in my Anatomy class.
Wow! You are a great teacher. Thank you. I learn a lot.

Highly informative 👍👍
Great videos, Dr. Wallis! If I may ask though, how come you skipped the patella in this video?
Thanks... It just slipped my mind. My students have a PowerPoint and lab manual that goes along with the videos and the patella is covered in the other sources. :)

My cameraman was an ipad balanced in a box. No joke. I need to redo these videos paying attention to the technical aspects. Someday!
