With the age of modern high tech equipment and fancy music editing your hunt was a serious breath of fresh air. Great job keeping it old school and awesome camp!
Greatest elk hunting video I have ever seen! I hunt black bear in Arkansas and it’s nothing as rugged as this, but there’s nothing as real or beautiful as Montana!!! Y’all are true mountain men! Thanks for the excellent video!
Really great video. I couldnt believe how much you and my buddies hunted the same but in Colorado. Right down to wool clothing and packing in our camp in sleds. Most folks dont know what it takes tondo this kind of hunt. Its not for the weak of heart. Good on you guys. This was truly enjoyable to watch. Very well done. Thank you for letting us in your camp.
Wool and backcountry sled hunting..? Can’t be all bad. ;) Would love to see some photos of your camp if you’re open to it. Reach us on our contact page. www.HumanNatureHunting.com/contact
This came up on autoplay. I don't normally watch hunting videos, but I was glancing at the TV during the intro and saw that ridge in front of the Notch. I killed my first bull elk there in 1995. I could pick out the exact spot as the video was playing. Haven't been there since. Thanks for the video.
I really admire this kind of hunting, though I prefer horses and mules. Great video, liked the pvc trick for water, hadn’t seen that one! Keep up the good work !
Great video and a great hunt. I can really appreciate what it took to put all this together. Congratulations on filling that tag, what kind of rifle was that at 4:24? Thanks
😂 I know exactly where this is. Great film and story telling! I would personally leave a bit more to the imagination on the scenery. I know that place is already pretty well know but no need to blow it completely up.
at the beginning of this silent film , the fella kicking the frozen elk droppings around was wearing what make of boots . they almost look like Hoffmans or Vasques. I'm from Northwest Montana and this brings back a lot of hunting memories well done !
Love it. No overbearing music or annoying narration. Just peace, serenity, snow, and elk.

Thanks, Dylan. Hope things are well up north.

Look like great times! Cool you captured a glimpse of it on the camera
Great video, little talking, hunting the hard way. Glad to see you filled a tag, tag soup for me this year.
You guys dont mess around with camp! Thats an awesome setup.

Thanks. Rifle was a Mode 70 Winchester Featherweight in .308.
Awesome video
Great video! Takes me back to my youth! Need to get back to that stuff again instead of being soft!
It’s like an annual boot camp some years but I feel great walking out of the mountains.
nice hunt. great video.
Glad you enjoyed it.
In Washington once we get that much snow most of the elk are down at lower elevations.
Nice video! Looks like the shot caught the camera man a little off guard 😂
Ha, yes. He’s still getting used to it.. But to give him credit, it’s always louder and more surprising when you’re not the one pulling the trigger.

We hear you and thanks for not divulging the location. Our intent is to keep it unknown. And, luckily, Montana is full of places like this.
Отличная охота! У меня в Забайкалье очень похожие места, и похожая охота.
Thank you. What do you hunt for there?

Thanks. They were the Kenetrek Mountain boots. They’ve treated me well. -Bruce
Why would you sit in wide open like that.
Not very interesting.
