Bird Rescue. Crow trapped in old plastic bag

My daughter found our neighbours cat stalking a crow in the backyard. The crow had a plastic bag wrapped around sits neck and wing. Can’t say I’m a fan of crows but I hate seeing things like this. Plastic is the scourge of the natural environment.
