Veteran trait. Bane's hook dealt chip damage to him, so he got a speed boost from Veteran trait. Normally everyone gets slowed down by the hook and their speed boost doesn't last much longer than the slow debuff, and then you get a speed boost from the hit or you just get knocked out so most of the people don't pay attention to it. But original characters, their speed boost from Veteran trait makes the speed boost last longer than the slow debuff from Bane's hook. So after the slow effect is over, Lucky Guy could run fast like that. (In case Bane doesn't have detention, if Bane hits Lucky successfully, Lucky Guy only gets the speed boost from the hit, it replaces the speed boost from the hook. But because Alex flywheel successfully, the speed effects from the hook don't get replaced)
@@thenoblecat536I don't know what 'chip damage' means exactly, but it seems like that hook is considered as 'normal attack' although it is 0 or 0.5 damage, right???
