4:36 tp 4:44 big...damn...hint my employer.... big hint... which ties into the point of maybe not force your employees to use a system that has every single possible Pitfall in existence ready to hit the employee be often or all at once and it is designed in a way where the employee can't even fix his own mistakes. Maybe give him the ability to fix his own mistakes before the fiscal months end or before the billing invoices are sent to corporate accounts payable? The former system we had allowed such editing before sending the bills to accounts payable to pay the vendors
