I’ve been trying to book group reservations through the wedding Dept since March. I’m working with the supervisor (Maribel Aguirre Ramirez). This has been by far this worst booking experience I have ever had. After over 40 emails back and forth, we still do not have any contract in hand but we’ve already booked our flights. This has caused me extreme anxiety!
We really want to have our event here, and would greatly appreciate if someone in higher authority would give us a call to resolve.

How is getting to downtown Cabo from there
Great video, really shows all aspects of the resort, but forgot one? The beach! no view of the beach, the waves, water etc. looking back at the resort. Maybe for the next review.
There beach is great to utilize, and we spoke and showed pans of the beach at both the lower Lyric Pool and the Adults Only pool. The main reason we didn't venture down there was the fact that the beach is not swimmable.
@@HarrTravel thanks for the response I hate to hear the beach is not swimmable, super modern beautiful resort with no swimming at the beach that's always the main reason our family goes to Mexico is to swim at the beach, we are in a land locked state. Ohh well, back to Cancun side
What’s the beach like ???
It looks like a lot of the bars you showed were closed and restaurants. What time of day was this video filmed?
Different areas open up at different times of day. We tried to film when there were fewer people in areas and that's why it like like it was closed in most areas.
You mentioned the Bali beds are at an added fee but what about the day beds that are in the pool?
Those are free to be used by anyone, the ones in the adults only area are the best!

-I am planning a bachelor trip out to Cabo for my buddy and 8 others.
-We are an extremely rowdy bunch and are looking for an amazing place to stay. We like night life and having a fun time around a pool.
-All inclusive is probably best as we can put down a few drinks.
-Price range is more or less $3,500+flights for a three day trip. I am not even sure if that expectation is reasonable.

There are a lot of offerings for children of all ages.
Is this a time share?
The Hard Rock brand chooses to focus on the hotel and resort. They do have a time share element for those who only want to go to the Hard Rock Properties. We always like to find good value and explore different options and for that reason we never recommend timeshare purchases.
Can adults use the water slides?
Yes they can 👍🏼
Are they currently taking bookings?. I was on my app not to long ago. And a lot of locations closed future booking dates. Which is understandable but a bit difficult when planning a group event.
They are absolutely open in Cabo, reach out and we can get your group set.
It all looks great but...how much per night?
So many factors to consider, you can reach out to our booking team is you have specific room categories in mind.
How long of a car ride is this to downtown/the marina?
20 minutes, give or take.
Is there no seating on the beach?
There is seating, but since the beach is not swimmable the focus is more on the pool areas.
What about with COVID how is it different
Different policies with masks in buffets and indoor spaces.

That depends on the region, Cabo have been downgraded to yellow yet so I believe that is around 20-30%. But in Cancun they are back up to 60%

I can’t see y there are so many pools wen the ocean is so close. I love the sports area. I wouldn’t have thought a spice girl would be a feature of a hard rock hotel.
im scared of sharks so i rather take the pool
fragile dream I’ve surfed in Sydney where sharks live and watch the shark forecast if I’m anywhere where sharks live. I don’t go out if they think sharks could be out.
It's not about the sharks, it's the rip tides! You would end up about three miles out in a matter of minutes! Coming from SoCal where there are quite a few rips at my favorite surf spots, I can tell you these things are crazy powerful. This is why they do not allow people in the water...

Absolutel! There are some minor changes, distancing, digital menus and such, but the experience really isn't impacted much at all.

Technically there are four different pool areas, and one private pool area for the rock royalty class of room. That way you can choose exactly the type of experience you want.

For the most part yes, but the flights are so short and cheap there really isn't much need to drive.

They are all fresh water.
Planning for a group of 12 including 4 children under 12. What would be the fees for them? Stay free eat free? Reservations was no help.

Can you go into the beach or are the waves too strong?
There is a huge beach that you have access to, but unfortunately you can't go in the water.

Noticed you didn't go down to the beach. Its my understanding that you must sign a waiver if you want to swim in the ocean at this Hard Rock. What? what's that about? I know a couple that didn't go because they wanted to be able to swim in the ocean. I stayed at the Hardrock in Playa Maya and this looks much the same with improvements. Our stay was the week before Christmas and, low and behold, the Adults only section was turned into a kids section for the duration of the holiday, I guess. We were not made aware this would happen. Service and quality dropped off significantly at that point. Overall a good trip but found out the Hard Rock vibe is probably not for me.
Sorry to hear you had a sub par experience. We loved the adults area of the Los Cabos property. The rip tides are so powerful you would end up a mile out in a matter of minutes, pretty dangerous.

When we filmed they we capped at 20% when we filmed. So you really do have the place to yourself!
Have you notice, I feel like watching the empty cruise ship walkthrough.
We try to film as early as possible to get the view without people...but I definitely feel the similarities with a cruise.

Nice hotel. But a very poor location for travel away from the resort in los Cabo’s
The hard rock hotels will never let you down with quality and service
But.... this location is really bad. Very far from the airport
Far from shopping restaurants and night clubs.
There are other hotels as nice and probably less money with a far better location

I was really surprised how quick it was to get there using the toll road. It was quicker than getting to downtown Cabo.
