Hi viewers .... am a land surveyor .. here are the basic requirements you need before buying land
1. Meet the seller and make verbal agreements..
2 . Do a land search ... to know who owns the land
3. Engage a advocate
4. Take a land surveyor to confirm the the size of the land(map)
5. Let the seller provide the required document to facilitate the acquisition of title deed
CJ. Village Grandpa is a very wise man. Please take his advice. Check with the office that is responsible for land title before you buy. Unfortunately, this happens in other places too.
