This is VERY real, especially if you like drinking beer... Ongoing intestinal distress is a sign you have a "candida infection." Persistent flatulence, burping, bloating, constipation or diarrhea, and stomach cramps may be caused by a lack of healthy bacteria in your digestive tract. There are supplements you can eat to kill the Fungus. Good luck Ian.
Modded xbox's have been a craigslist mainstay in Philly for like 15 years. They are always being sold Also that frank call was priceless, it's like every dad calling at once
I had a NES Classic within my reach the other day, but like an idiot didn't jump on the chance because I was already low on money. Then the next day, I was on a trip to Germany, called the different GameStops who had just had a couple in stock, and within mere hours those were sold out too. The night, I then checked a very popular danish website for used stuff to see if I could get one there. One seller, living close to me, sold the NES for double retail price, and noted, that he had bought it the exact same day that I had called around to the various GameStops, only for them to get sold out. So this shit head had literally gone down and bought it before someone like me, only to immediately put it up for re-sale, to earn some quick cash. I know this is old news, but to personally feel it on your own buddy, is the worst feeling and really makes you lose hope in humanity. Like, I would never go down and buy a exclusive item, only for the purpose of blue-balling others who wanted it and then sell it to those people for profit. If I didn't really want it, I would leave it be for those who would. And if I already had one, and knew I could buy and resell it, I would leave it for those who didn't have one yet. This is just ALL kinds of low man...
Locally from the day the NES Classic was first released until now, there have had a grand total of zero stocked in the local Wal-Mart. Nearby cities have had 5 or less in the last 5 months. Only one store even bothered to dedicate shelf space for it.
The true scumbag sellers of the week are the people selling links, LINKS! to a website that shows you how to mod your own NES Classic. I think they're charging 30$ just to send someone to a RUclips video tutorial that isn't even theirs.
PyroFierceDeity I just added all the games I used to play as a kid. Nothing more. If anyone wanted me to do the mod, I'd charge five maybe ten TOPS. Thirty is a little excessive, especially for something that's pretty much automated. Fuck, at least enough for a cold one after I mod the console lol
Abolisher1 not in every case. Its based on priority/ triage. He would be looked at and get answers a hell of a lot faster. And free. Like, zero dollars
The NES mini confuses me on the second hand market (and its marked up price). It doesn't appeal to the nostalgic crowd (too expensive to be a causal purchase) and the gaming crowd know about roms/pi emulations, so too expensive for novelty. I find it funny that a local CEX (a UK second-hand games/dvds/tech etc. shop chain) was selling the mini second-hand at £150 in December, which has now dropped to £85 and still has the same nine units in the display cabinet.
Game Wizard. And it's very easy to do so basically these people are lazy and dumb for giving handfuls of money to something that's free. That's basically like going to the soup kitchen and paying them $200-$300 for the food lol. Getting and organizing the stuff doesn't take long. So far I've gotten all that I want from NES, Genesis and three SNES games and that took me hours and a few days to scan for viruses and organize everything. I still need to get two N64 games and all that I want for Playstation 1 and Dreamcast but I'll wait a few weeks and just play what I have at the moment.
7:18 That has been Nintendo's excuse with Wii, Wii U, Amiibo and certain games. This doesn't seem to be the case in Japan. Switch systems are very easy come by. But Nintendo has only 1 game for it really and not many will rush out and buy a console for 1 game.
I bought one modded and it was worth 150. I can't find them in stores cause Nintendo purposely decreases stock. Yes, the mods are easily done free but I can't find the device. They cost the same as unmodded. Frustrating but I felt it was worth it. 700 plus games for 150.
You should offer to pay for modded systems with modded money. You could print $20 bills onto $1 bills and let them know the bills are worth 20 times their original value.
I really wanted an Nes Classic when it came out. But after a few months of looking and just seeing them sold by scalpers I lost interest in it and really don't care if I get one or not. If I ever came across one on a store for $60 I may buy it, but I'm sure as hell not buying one from a scalper.
ReviewsTechNow. I said screw it and got into emulation instead. No regrets here. When it was announced I was very excited and couldn't wait to get one and then they released few of them and I couldn't get one for Christmas and I was devastated. I really wanted to get one and take it with me to show my 13 year old nephew when I visited my sister. He loved playing Atari 2600 with me. Thanks a lot you stupid scalpers and thanks for messing up again Nintendo.
Dude whatever. I work at a Wal mart thats going to open soon, and they have a spot on the shelf for the NES classic for some reason but in the database it is saying there is 0 coming in anytime soon, and 0 in the back room and no chance of them ever coming in because I am told they are discontinued. So IDK how people are still getting these things.
You should start the Schumag seller is the guy that got frank a "free" tablet ... he is more then like got stuck with a new phone line that is gonna be stuck for the next 2 years paying like an extra $10-20 a month
So, right sided pains.. Gal bladder seems to be ruled out, but honestly, that still seems like your best bet. Otherwise it'd be severe liver problems (fatty liver), increased lipids (dyslipidemia; including diabetes) or, well, cancer. Dont know if ian has changed his diet already. But try to focus on only drinking water (or green tea) and limited sugar, salt and fat intake. So.. Basically.. Go on a diet. You sure as hell dont need it, so dont limit your intake. But change what you eat. Green veggies, high fiber (try greek yoghurt and muesli), skinny meat (ham/chicken filet, just 100 grams a day) and your intake about 2500 kcal. I sure as hell wont say that I know whats causing this or that I know the solution. But having a well balanced diet surely can help
my lipids are a bit high by my liver is only slightly fatty, told offhandedly after various scans and told it wasn't anything to be concerned about. Spleen, gallbladder, liver, kidneys all good. What we're focusing on next is Crohn's, Celiac's, UC, etc. Pretty positive I'll be given specific diets to try then. As long as they can give me a meal plan I'll stick to each one like glue and try it out.
pat would love to see a genesis video if you have any. im a big genesis collector being im 33 and grew up more with genesis more then anything but unfortunately nes came second due to cost of collecting over the years
love the nes but just dont wanna throw crazy money just to complete a collection the genesis ive saved as a kid and built over the years and being on east cost more harder to find any thing anymore even are retro stores only have sports slop and games store are fair and in between
I can't stand people trying to sell modded consoles for more than what they are worth. Added rom's downloaded from the internet doesn't add value to anything, anyone can do that. Pat Ian is a true trooper. I hope you gave him cookie at the very least for making him do this amazing podcast.
Pat the NES Punk, Frank's the best
This was a great piece of podcast. Very entertaining and enjoyable.
Laughed so hard I spilled my beer. Don't die Ian.
Frank AND Ian in one video!?! Am I dreaming? If I am don't wake me up! XD
Ian looks like he's in a lot of pain. Props for doing a podcast, take care of yourself man.
Ian: "Dammit, Frank, stop making me laugh! My sides hurt!"
Seriously, though, I hope you get better soon, Ian. My prayers go out to you.
This was the best Scumbag Seller of the week episode because of Frank alone
aw. it was so nice to have Ian back. Thank you very much for taking the time to come do this Ian. You are missed.
Frank call bombing the podcast.................. priceless.
Good to see Ian again! Another fun video Pat, really liked Frank calling in, that was priceless!
Frank is actually on the podcast. My life is complete
cant even imagine what ian is going through but i hope he makes a great come back full time. keep up the good work pat.
Modded xbox's have been a craigslist mainstay in Philly for like 15 years. They are always being sold
Also that frank call was priceless, it's like every dad calling at once
I sold a modded psp on eBay. I didn't include any roms, I was just upfront that I had installed the homebrew mod on it.
Thanks for enduring the pain so you could be with us, Ian. Hope you'll get better soon.
Franks call completed this video
Oh happy day! A scumbag segment with Ian and an endearing guest spot grom Frank, its not even my birthday!
i think frank either almost killed ian, or cured him just a little bit.
"...Even if it has twice as many games?" fucking broke me. :D
Ian's face at Frank's question. priceless
Frank's call was the greatest thing.
Franks call and Ians reaction nearly killed me haha Good to see Ian back :) Get well soon dude!
Well...this video needs to be renamed as "Frank Calls in..." 1 million views.
"someone should be thrown off nintendo's roof" comment made me lol
Holy shit I fucking died laughing at the beginning at Ian's reaction. That was fantastic.
One of the best segments I've seen of this show. So great.

Such is capitalism.
DAVID HEY! Don't drag capitalism into this, you!
+MasterZebulin Why not? That's literally what this is.
Locally from the day the NES Classic was first released until now, there have had a grand total of zero stocked in the local Wal-Mart. Nearby cities have had 5 or less in the last 5 months. Only one store even bothered to dedicate shelf space for it.

I've been wanting a NES classic, since November 11,I'm still trying those e+bay thugs maybe this summer
It's nice to see Ian back but can tell he's still in pain. Thanks to the comment section that pointed me in the direction of his gofundme tho.
This is nothing compared with ppl that make raspberry Pi in NES cases passing for NES Classic consoles.
The NES classic is like 1/4th the size of an NES. How would anyone mistake a full sized NES case with a classic ?
Ian was not there and then he was. It was like he's some kind of weird phantom.
Also HI FRANK
So like 70 dollars for 30 games, but 400 games modded, for like 120 dollars is a rip off and scum bag? That’s amazing
It hurt to see Ian in so much pain, but I am glad it was laughter than triggered it. Frank &^%$ing rules!
lmfao. Frank. Jesus christ. This is awesome.
dat phone call at the beginning tho.
My god Frank is just loveable man. Simple and funny.
HAHAHA!!! Frank... looking for tech support!
Does Ian have a patreon or kickstarter for his disease?
Man we want to open an arcade bar here; but we can't scrounge up the $$$ to make it happen. Someday though...someday.
Thumbs up for Ian for holding on when in so much pain...
Haha THAT is some trio (FRANK INCLOUDED).
Ian you seem like an awesome dude and I hope you get better. Pat's ok, but it's really all about Pat AND Ian
they're certainly a pair. like Bert and Ernie. :3
i only added an extra 20 games to mine. i just really wanted ninja turtles and original contra
Haha same. I mainly did it for Ninja Turtles
I did it for Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. Clearly the best game on the NES.
For those few interested, Uncharted Waters has some graphical issues
PyroFierceDeity Nintendo World Cup! How could Nintendo miss their best Europe-selling title!
my sides are in space after that frank call
poor ian looks like hes gonna die from laughing but good show guys.
I had my target tell me that the nes classic has been discontinued not sure if that's true or just them being lazy
Fuckin' love Frank and Ian, lol.
I bought my new classic edition to play with it. And I really enjoy it. Great podcast guys.
Ian and frank both on the same podcast, instantly classic.
cant believe frank owns a mobile! lol that's a golden moment
Can these modded NES systems still save games? The unused space may be used for save files.
You can litterally see the moment the podcast broke Ian...
Jokes aside I know that face when there is jabbing abdominal pain , it must be terrible :(
Frank is the Hero of the Week! Best episode guest call-in!
What tools do you use to record the podcast?
sucks to see ian in pain, but goddamn that intro was beautiful.
What is Ian's condition exactly?
if its what I think it is then he should stay away from surgery.
Just come to Canada, dude.
US spends what, Trillions in Iraq?
Can't even run a healthcare program as a right. Good luck, dude.
He would just be put on a massive waiting list.
Abolisher1 not in every case.
Its based on priority/ triage.
He would be looked at and get answers a hell of a lot faster. And free. Like, zero dollars
Abolisher1 and ya know why there's no waiting lists in America? Because people can't afford that shit.
Random Frank call, yeah! :D
It's great seeing Ian again!!!
how much for a modded battle toads?
The NES mini confuses me on the second hand market (and its marked up price). IAN lives!
How can you call him back if he can't hear his phone ring tho?
Ian is hardcore. Props to you, man.
Alternative to a nes classic: Buy a raspberry pi and put RetroPie on it
Just wait till people start calling in saying "Hey, do you guys take modded Wiis?"
dang. i was like totally thinking about doing this today, too. lol
Modding and adding ROMS doesn't add shit to the value of the console, but there are plenty of idiots out there who will pay it anyway.
Game Wizard. And it's very easy to do so basically these people are lazy and dumb for giving handfuls of money to something that's free. That's basically like going to the soup kitchen and paying them $200-$300 for the food lol. Getting and organizing the stuff doesn't take long. 5 months after its release and still have not gotten one and never will now, I switched over to raspberry pi.

You should offer to pay for modded systems with modded money. You could print $20 bills onto $1 bills and let them know the bills are worth 20 times their original value.
It's nice to see you guys doing SSotW again. Hope we see Ian more often!
Frank kinda reminds me of Tommy Wiseau, except he doesn't have a weird accent and he doesn't make amazing movies.
Ian's soldiering on!
Poor Ian, you can really see he's in great pain. Get well soon! :D
I really hope the Dr's can sort Ian out. the cupodcast isn't the same without him
I really wanted an Nes Classic when it came out. But after a few months of looking and just seeing them sold by scalpers I lost interest in it and really don't care if I get one or not. If I ever came across one on a store for $60 I may buy it, but I'm sure as hell not buying one from a scalper.

Mark Howell yea I feel the same way. I've considered emulation but I don't really know how that all works to be honest
ReviewsTechNow. It's easy as I figured it out myself.
Just get a rasberry pi its so much better.
Broccli thanks I have thought about doing that. I probably will now.
i am about to just build my own with a raspberry pi and a 3d printed case...
R.I.P. Ian 0:40
I liked this podcast. Thanks!
Ian needs a hug
Damn dude, what is up with Ian? He looks like he is in so much pain.
Damn I hope Ian is getting better. You can see the pain on his face
do you do videos anymore or just podcast now
Jermaine Morton there was an NES Punk video just a few weeks ago.
what was it
It was a full review of the NES Classic Edition. Came out last month.
Dude whatever. I work at a Wal mart thats going to open soon, and they have a spot on the shelf for the NES classic for some reason but in the database it is saying there is 0 coming in anytime soon, and 0 in the back room and no chance of them ever coming in because I am told they are discontinued. nobeac Nintendo probable owns the shelf space and has it in planogrammed in. They dont care if the shelf space is empty.
You should start the Schumag seller is the guy that got frank a "free" tablet ... he is more then like got stuck with a new phone line that is gonna be stuck for the next 2 years paying like an extra $10-20 a month
Is Ian ok? So many of these videos it's like it's 110 degrees in that room, he's out of breath, and just on the verge of having a heart attack.
So, right sided pains.. Gal bladder seems to be ruled out, but honestly, that still seems like your best bet. Otherwise it'd be severe liver problems (fatty liver), increased lipids (dyslipidemia; including diabetes) or, well, cancer.

Shangori A well balanced diet with meat and dairy? no.

Get better bro....you look good in the video tho Ian
Ian Ferguson is an intestinal parasite a possibility? I ask because a friend of mine had one and he had similar symptoms.
Ian Ferguson my friend had one called a liver fluke. it took 4 different doctors before they finally found it.
Hey Pat, what are your thoughts on the state of Spoony?
Rob6203 What happened to Spoony?
look who's talking Pat
how is that a scumbag move? I want a modded NES with 700 games. And I'm too lazy to do it myself.
frank hahahahah so many laughs. hes like my mother and the internet..classic!!!
It's pretty easy to get an NES classic where I live
Ryan Watts Where is that?
Are they STILL not in-stock at the major retailers? How?!?! Why does Nintendo do this? This is not rocket science.
pat would love to see a genesis video if you have any. im a big genesis collector being im 33 and grew up more with genesis more then anything but unfortunately nes came second due to cost of collecting over the years
love the nes but just dont wanna throw crazy money just to complete a collection the genesis ive saved as a kid and built over the years and being on east cost more harder to find any thing anymore even are retro stores only have sports slop and games store are fair and in between
Can you have them arrested for attempting to sell stolen property? If they come in, that is.
I can't stand people trying to sell modded consoles for more than what they are worth. Added rom's downloaded from the internet doesn't add value to anything, anyone can do that.
