Taking the powers you have switching Singularity with Gravity Bomb would yield or rather in increase the damage of Gravity Bomb by 10% which would improve your loadout using the powers given. But going TB, Anomaly, Singularity, Lift, and your last move greatly increases the damage without losing any speed that you love. Singularity used before makes Lift Graviton Charged and will make Lift put a dot on targets giving you more damage. You gotta read the descriptions of these powers. You're leaving 30% of your damage on the table using the wrong powers and not having them in the right order.

It used to be the Time Bomb would pop after using 4 skills. The hits from your fifth skill didnt proc before Time Bombs so it didnt get that added bonus damage. And I would drop Gravity bomb for Oblivion. Its been a while since ive used Quantum.

When using this loadout you are getting burst of damage in a fast period of time ensuring HP on any character in PvE subside but for the most part hitting an object it's pretty hard in DC Universe Online when you got characters that are very strong doing numbers of damage and you are still trying to get your Loadout out so this will ensure you will do some damage in a fast period of time 5.5 seconds remember tweaking your loadout will always get the best for you this Loadout works for me and a lot of other people are using it now and they keep on Justin me all the time I hope it works for you skill points is very important it just shows you how much experience you have in the game and likewise it gets you that damage boost and that crit that you are looking for an any edge of the fight think of damaged as being a piece of a pie you want to put out as much as you possibly can and if you can do more you just did your group a favor and making it so much faster.

You are leaving way to much damage on the table with this loadout. Even if, lets say, this was the "fastest" you could get 6 powers out. So what, if you're not doing nearly as much damage as you should/could be doing with a "slower" rotation. Doing more skills in a set amount of time doesn't always translate to more damage. The powers need to interact better to maximize your damage output. Also, you use two PI in your rotation. you should focus on just one, imo.
You make some pretty good statements but my loadout Is the fastest quantum loadout in the game 5.5 seconds to get this load out off from left to right and the patterns of the clicks but not just only that when you are in groups there will be other people that will do more damage than you will but the thing about it is how fast can you get your loadout off and get the correct damage that you’re looking for with this update on this quantum DPS loadout.

Mental DPS in is better than quantum dps but if you're looking for a trolling power an experience of a lifetime Quantum will be your best opportunity in learning how to troll properly teleportation levitation and their stunts I will show you the best of quantum.

@@RUclipsChrisDash that's why it doesn't make sense. Getting off 10 powers in 10 sec for 20k as opposed to 5 powers in 10 sec for 40k puts you at a 20k disadvantage every 10 sec.
Not going to lie if you believe this is a good load out for quatum there is no way you are too going to make it against end game pkayers ...... First you need to use the parsers correctly... By using 10sec 30 sec parsers... Then you need to know the difference in a boss load out and an add loadout.... And the oblivion is a top 5 super charge not having that in your load out is crazy not having a super period is crazy

If you're speaking from a mathematical perspective, you've read your damage numbers wrong, as you've read the hit marker and not the overall damage above. You've skipped over the White Mods that would help a Quantum DPS user, you've also even skipped over what Artifacts players SHOULD use (or just suggest some have an even start for players who are getting into DCUO) to output the overall damage. You went over SP but lacked substance in the explanation on WHY those Skill Points were important to the Loadout. The presentation is, at best, mediocre but the motif of the loadout, the holes on damage output and overall efficiency--aside from being "the fastest in the game" without any proper proof such as being in a Raid, Elite Raid, or even an Alert, make this video flat and null. I wouldn't even recommend this to anyone. Solution: re-evaluate this video and take suggestions from players via YT or even in the DCUO Community to assess your loadout and your damage output. Damage is based on sp, not loadout.. However loadout effective'ness is important too. Example.. using power interactions.
