Thank you! If you have it handy I guess it works well too. I usually keep some garlic in my pannier because it survive quite well even for a couple of weeks and doesn't take away much space.

All I cook it's simple and straight forward, they're mostly vegan because when you're on the road you have access to a refrigerator, most meat and dairy products require refrigeration. But you can always throw a can of tuna or dry meat for example in the tomatoes one pot pasta if you really need to.

One addition: Roasted pumpkin seeds and walnuts as topping. Lots calories.
Yeah those are great additions if available!
Just want to bring your attention to the fact that you need to wash the quinoa before cooking, doing so the quinoa loses its bitter taste.
