Initiatives of NSS Unit, PDUAM Tulungia

NSS is an extension dimension to the higher education system in order to orient the student youth to community service while they are studying in educational institutions. National Service Scheme (NSS), a voluntary and value- based student youth programme. It is being implemented by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India. It is a voluntary association of the young college students to work for campus-community linkage. The aim of this initiative is to develop a student’s personality through community service.
