Congratulations! Welcome to the Tesla family. I took delivery of a new 2023 Model Y AWD longe range with 20” induction wheels and tow hitch, last month. Awesome deal, got a new inventory car, so they knocked off $7800 from the 53K sticker price price, than another $7500 tax credit off at time of sale. A great price. A nice surprise, since my car was made in Fremont Ca. plant, it has the newer Matrix lights. The Austin built cars still have tho older lights. I’m so happy with the car, it’s truly a joy to drive. The Toyota Rav 4, is just old tech, and allot of maintenance you won’t have with the Tesla. I owned a 2018 Model 3 for 5 1/2 years. I changed tires once, and AC filter once. No other maintenance.

You did a big mistake. Never buy a brand new Tesla from their website. Always check out inventory at your local Tesla store. They always have some inventory adjustment price which is discounted from the original price. I got a $5000 discount as they had lots of inventory sitting in their lot which they wanted to get rid off asap
Lmao but the ones from the lot are all used which is why they wanna get rid of them lol. Nobody wants a used vehicle, they want a brand new one so no he did not do a big mistake. Like I said those ones from the lot are used ones, which is why they gave you the 5000$ discount to make sure you buy it off them lol.
@@corvusxephan6484 No I bought myself and it wasn't used it was brand new with just 25 miles on it. I think it all depends and varies by location. Where I live teslas are in full demand and sell like hotcakes so they have a lot more inventory compared to some other locations

I was looking at buying used, but when it shows the location to pick it up it's super far away and I live in the Los Angeles area, it's not like I'm rural or something, what gives? Can you get a pre-owned Tesla delivered to a closer location or to your home?
Don’t get a pre owned one. Buy a new one. Because pre owned ones usually have been worn down which means the battery is not what it used to be so if you buy a pre owned one and it breaks down you’ll need to pay 8k for a new battery which is not worth it at that point.

This self service tech delivery is strange for me! Great Car but bad Customer Journey Experience, I would feel like NOT IMPORTANT by Tesla, so if I have a problem in the Future, feeling NOT SUPPORTED. Well, this is a perception, of course, but a good Journey Experience comes with the Product, the service and relationship with the Customer

I got locked from using my auto steer on my Tesla for a week. No summons and no auto steer which I have paid for. What’s next I can’t drive my car? Next EV or self driving car will not be a Tesla.
