It has a shared washer & dryer and they do have parking but you have to pay for it and there is a waiting list usually. The apartment is Spring Arcade Building

I was suprised by how cheap la apartments can be especially downtown la😳 I mean don’t get me wrong still expensive for most low income households but I expected like minimum of 3 thousand a month for a small studio but I’ve seen so many for under 2k my budget is way higher but I still want something way under my budget because i wanna save up my money for other expenses 😅.

It honestly depends on location. Some apartments in DTLA are literally around the corner from Skid Row, which means cheaper rent (but at a cost). You'll likely live in a very, very unsafe/uncomfortable area with the homeless population (dangerous type) having easy access to your residence. Just keep that in mind.
