Another fantastic video Cammy. Love to see the wee nipper fast asleep on Lizzies back as she works away. As for your diy skills I think you should let Lizzy take the lead.
Thanks for the update. The scan is promising, and it will be great for you to have everything under shelter. I still get the shivers remembering you out in the dark, wind and rain last time. Lizzy and your gorgeous children all look as if they are happily settling into your new home. DIY is a challenge for me, but I am a 75 year old woman!! Keep up the good work and you'll master all the skills you need. I have faith in you.💗
Cammy, your diy skills… 😂. Thank you for keeping it real. Cover your pipes cause lambs like to fuss with stuff. Heck sheep fuss with stuff. You’ll come back out and need a row boat. 😂😂😂😂 don’t ask how I know lol
Sandy Brock could confirm that sheep indoors or under cover, are very creative when it comes to creating unplanned, spectacular indoor water feature! 🤣❤️🐑
Cammy, Some of those fasteners can be tapped into the hole by putting the bolt in a few threads of the fastener and tapping on the bolt head. Saves ruining the fastener. Lizzie looked tense this morning, I hope she’s okay. Be sure to check on her wellbeing, she is a priceless partner, worth the world. Glad to see you tending to Bonny’s warmth, putting Lizzie’s mind at ease about that.
I agree with some of the comments. Good start with your first DIY. I would say, "Believe in yourself, fake it until you make it." I think the scan went well. The clean-up boys with their rakes are just so great! Sweet Bonnie! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for making me laugh because I have had similar problems and that is the best way to deal with it after you just keep going. Love being part of your adventures
Great video. I love the sheep watching hour DIY as if to say "Enough already", "Does he know what he is doing", "Go Cammy, baaaah"! I would ask Sandie, Ontario re indoor appliances as all her sheep are under cover. But your efforts were noted. Great work and funny ❤😂😂😂😂
I would love it if you'd do a t-shirt with the intro dog chasing the sheep on the front and the outro sheep chasing the dog on the back. I have nearly all of the other ones.
Hi Cammy. Scanning. I just love your family and all these videos. Just had to let you know how happy I am for all of you and now you have your new home (farm) and life together. Little Bonnie is sleeping - so cute.🥰. Yes, take the positives👍 Jock and Angus are just so adorable with their cleaning up tools.🥰 ❤️😫👍
Sheep look amazing and scanning so promising! The barn that you just moved into looks sooo comfy for you and the sheep! Thanks for sharing! Love from the USA!
When I was a child (and sick with tonsilitis a lot) I used to lie in bed and listen to the coopers hammering away at the VAT69 distillery behind my Grandma's house in SQ. I had completely forgotten about that sound, so thank you for the memory!
You learn by doing Cammy as many of us do and I applaud your willingness to show your eventual successful efforts. I’m also excited to watch you lambing in the shed this year after last years awful outside conditions
Love this video and watching (and hearing) the boys loving the new farm so much. Decent scan, with the new sheds, you will be able to make your lamb mortality WAY lower then last years lambing so more money to pay the mortgage and hopefully can have a few rub ons happen with that many single and triplets And yes the diy will come along. As a person who was never taught anything just kind of wing it on my farm, (both in sheep husbandry and farm projects) you will get very adept at ‘coloured engineering’ things (I think most people will know what I mean by that lol). The difference being is you talk yourself thru the job while filming it and put it out for people to see. When I film my diy for my channel, I end up silent, and sometimes pissed off eventually and throwing things and don’t post it online. Bwhahaha. Just kidding. Look forward to the next video! I would love to have any Sheep Fans who would love to see some smaller scale, but still entertaining Canadian sheep farming to come check out my channel!
A boy Cammy another good video 👍. What they lack in numbers of lambs they'll make up for in kgs. You'll have monster singles to sell early. You were pointing out the lambs on the scanning screen & I still hadn't a clue what I was looking at 😂😂
Hey Cammy / Lizzie! Crawford farm he and gatelady are in NZ and touring the te pari factory and the guy mentioned changes to the handling system including what they changed from watching lizzie with the baby on her back …. Talk about being influencers 😁
Oh Lizzy.... Bonnie > Sleeping Beauty. @7:08 She is so beautiful! And that look of love...💖 in your eye (just the one, haha) 👁 is priceless. I know looks aren't everything, but you really do make the most gorgeous babies! All three of them are perfect. ......................( guess Cammy helped a little)
We installed step up water troughs in our barns, that way the water didn’t get the brown jelly beans going for a swim as the bedding builds up. We also ran the pipe along where the floor meets the wall and mortared it in to create a triangular bed, the pipe emerged behind the troughs where they didn’t get sheep interference. The big advantage of the way we did it was that the pipes only froze a bit next to the trough as the warm bedding prevented most of the pipe from freezing. By the way, time for healthy eating while you are ahead.
I love the fact that the sheep are watching you trying to put the hole in the wall as if to say, “what on earth is Cammy doing? DIY is just not his thing!” Hilarious!
Nice job, Cammy. Installing into concrete is never easy. And you learned more than you would have by breaking some stuff along the way. Now you know how to install those auto drinkers!
Watching you drill those holes gave me an “I have been there”. It was like I was watching me trying to fix or install something. Finding more ways to not do it before I get it right. Your commentary is much better than mine would be. Thank you for sharing. Take care. 👍🏻
That was torture watching you put the trough on the wall Cammy out of all the people you know surely someone has got some plumbing skills to pass on to you. I half expected spot to come in and do it he is some dog worth every penny you paid for him. Beautiful Beautiful Bonnie on her mum's back.. Well done Lizzie. 💕💞💖😉
Cammy ewes good for early lambing , some triplets on to big bag singles you be sorted. as for DIY we all have to learn maybe call in a mate, learn the old way (see one, do one, teach us one) especially when costs ya on materials when you will be doing same job several times. The black thing you chucked off the hose cutters it wasn't a safety cover for after use that also protection cover . Thinking with enthusiastic young farmer boys always want to help mum n dad, may be handy for tiny fingers lol. 🤣🤣🤣
Did the people living in the houses you refurbished know about your DIY skills? You certainly entertain us.😂 The children are precious. ❤ I bet they love running about in those big sheds. I know I would.
⚖ Too funny Cammy @ 10:44 talking about your weight. > You can hear Tina....just cracking up in the background. Lizzy is on to ya...she just shakes her head. > 💪 All that muscle, from air squats.....Eh?
Yay, Cammy, I saw the wee little dinosaurs amid the scanner specks! Whoo hoo. I saw that Graeme and Farmer Ben were coming to see you. Exciting. I hope you take the opportunity to ask questions.
I almost got as frustrated watching you do DIY as I do with my other half - why do men feel the need to make it up as you go along - just Google the instructions 🤣🥴😠
Well that went great. Better than some I’ve seen .lol I loved you didn’t forget the level. And I knew what a cooper was. Me and my husband have been on the bourbon 🥃 trail and went to see how they make the barrels. Very interesting to know all of the process. Thank you for taking us along.

It's all new to you Cammy and we understand you want/need everything fixed and in place preferably before tomorrow morning 😂 ut don't swamp yourself or you'll run the risk of spontaneously combusting 😅 We've all seen the cartoon characters with steam blasting out of their ears and their faces fit to burst. We don't want you running out of steam lovely 🥵🥵🥰
And by-the-way one drinker bowl is NOT remotely adequate for that number of sheep on dry food. Nett result the amount of of food that they will eat will drop off quite sharply and growth rates will slow or stop altogether.
Cammy, maybe before doing any future installation/carpentry/etc projects, you should Facetime Mark Brock (Sandi's husband). He knows how to install/fix everything, and his son is an electrician.
Beauty Eh! > Scan @ 5:46 > I can see the entire body! Yes...looks like a dinosaur fossil. 🦕🦖🦕 I know, because I watched all the seasons of "Time Team." > with Phil, Mick, and Tony.... (Haha) All this time I thought you had a great imagination, when looking at all those Bubble Blobs.

Cammie, you did great for being a first-time farm owner. Having to do your own repairs just makes you a better, smarter man.☺️
Oh Cammy your comentry is hilarious 😂. It was like listening to myself do a job. I love the sheep experts all observing you😂.
Take care 💜
Love watching your sheep in the background supervising your progress.

You have immense courage to take on such workload and new property investment (some might call it debt)best of luck…
Are u tall, Cammy? You don’t look like u weigh over 200 pounds. Lol, that was a compliment. So excited for you all, at the new farm!
Thanks! It’s all muscle Lizzy says😝

Cammy, that's why plumbers make the big bucks💵💸. You did a fantastic job ❤
After reading the comments, i was waiting fir the disaster... Did a good job 👍 it works
Clammy. Build a wooden box to jam under and around water bowl to prevent lambs from rubbing against it or push it down.
Sandi Brock (Sheepishly Me) in Canada has had to make some boxes to stop the lambs pulling the water troughs apart. They just kept nibbling til they caused a flood.
The funniest thing was your sheep audience! Some of them got bored and went off to the bar or the toilet - or maybe outside for a smoke 😂

Hi Cammy, Next time you install one of those bubblers put the bolt into the anchor and hammer on the head of the bolt.
Did the lambs give their seal of approval to the new water trough
Gees cammy get someone in to do the water buckets. You won’t have any time for this when lambs are coming 👌👍🏴
