Six Flags Great America home parker here. Flash Pass isn't really needed if you have more than one day. If you have a time crunch I'd say get it. Hitting Superman, Joker and Maxx Force early is a very good idea as they have the slowest operations. Operations are usually pretty good with the exceptions of the three coasters I said previously. 1:55 - Those used are for parades, most commonly during Fright Fest 16:16 - I don't find American Eagle rough, wheel seats don't change the ride for me (I have it at 3rd in the park)
Alright, good to know! I didn't do a ton of research going into the park, so I think I can be more strategic with how I approach the day the next time I go. And I might've just had an off day, so I do want to give American Eagle another chance. 😁
You immediately hit the 2 rides I am most interested in. I really need to get there for Raging Bull and Maxx Force. They look awesome, and the park's lineup in general looks really good. I have heard from regulars that this is a flash pass is needed kind of park. Not having your racing woodie duel is kind of a crime though. The place certainly looks nicer than Great Adventure when comes to theming and upkeep.
Yeah, Raging Bull and Maxx Force were definitely highlights for me! I actually think I prefer Great Adventure, but the two are close. Flash pass is for sure a must-have here though.
I'm a regular, Flash Pass isn't not really needed if you have more than one day. It's a day and a half to two day park. But absolutely hit Superman, Maxx Force and Joker early.
Yeah, it was a fun park but I’m definitely looking forward to going back. I loved seeing all the Looney Tunes figures, and seeing them in their themed costumes was so cute!
