Chefs Kimberly and David are back together, this time showing off the Miele XXL Combi-Steam oven. We had the pleasure of shooting this a customer's beautiful home in Rancho Santa Fe for which PIRCH supplied all the appliances. Kimberly and David are making a delicious, gourmet restaurant-worthy main dish of Herb crusted Halibut over a bed of linguini bathed with Kabocha squash sauce. They do this all in the one oven.
