Thank you for highlighting Naturopathic Medicine. We really do try to connect the pieces and navigate the gap between western medicine and a more holistic approach! ❤I spend a lot of time explaining and making connections for the whole picture.
One of the the biggest lessons I’ve ever learned is that other people do not react or respond the same way I do, and another lesson that was very important that I also had to learn was not to take anything personally because it’s never about me, it’s always about them
Great episode Maria & Kelsey! 😊 I LOVE & appreciate all the medical, health and wellness information you share with us. The Q&A segments are awesome. I’m on the Heal Squad and take in as much as possible and try to share it with my friends and family. Maria - can you give us the info of your Naturopath your using in CT? I live in Westchester, NY and would love to start on this journey too. Thank you 🙏🏻 in advance! XO Didi
Beautiful beautiful content these last two weeks. Your attitude and introduction to so many helpful insights with Joe really helped me. You all look so beautiful by the way. Glowing. Radiate on, and thank you. 💖
Be careful with your meds especially if you are a senior.Doctors like to treat seniors with them which can make you worse. They prescribe too many to some people.
I had once heard that women have 80% of the auto immune conditions. That is such a huge percentage and must be because we are wired so differently and worry more. I wonder how much of this is attributable to hormones. Similar to Kevin, most men I know never worry over the little things I do! :)

My most significant life lesson is that everthing changes. Everything moves forward. The past is gone. Imperminence. We only have now.

Off topic but the Anastasia brush for their eyebrow gel is not great. Try an eyeliner brush with it 😉

My God, Maria sure has a lot of problematic people in her life. Sounds like a truly exhausting life, I'd just change my name and move to mexico
