actually they're not doing lip-sync just so happens that the background music is so loud but you can still hear their lives it is just so soft especially Amber's since her live and recorded ones sounds almost completely the same. in Lollipop Victoria and Amber are not lip-syncing but the other members are. Amber can speak Chinese though not fluent. listen to the "woah" part at 5:45. that is Amber doing live clearly.
