I love how throughout this fight he's constantly aware of the attacker's body position and where his weapons are, and uses the forces of inertia to manipulate the attacker's movements. He's literally using his driving skills as a defensive weapon, and the choreography seems to actually hold up, its not just some stitched together bullshido, there's a logic to how the car moves and how that movement dictates the fight. Its awesome.

Great scene- very creative. However, you just cannot shoot a handgun off in a closed car without completely blowing your ear drums out. Plus that headshot, at that range and with that caliber, is going to make an awful mess in reality. Movie magic!
Assassins in the real world use .22 handguns with sub-sonic rounds. The report is quieter than the action on the gun, and they're just as deadly with a head shot at point blank range.
In the heat of a life and death struggle, you wouldn't even be bothered by the loud report of a pistol firing. Your adrenalin level would be so high that your body would tune the loud bangs out. You'd probably feel the effects of it later, but not in the heat of battle.
