0:05 I had covid 2 months ago. After a few days in the hospital, I was sedated and paralyzed before I was sent to intensive care where I spent 2 weeks just sleeping and not feeling anything. In one of my dreams at that time I heard that alarm sound, and it was on the entire time. It was an alarm for the end of the universe. I love this alarm sound.
@@MauriceLeviejr I wanted to make this alarm sound as my notification ringtone. But then I thought maybe some people have bad memories with this sound. So, nah.

I was in the hospital 🏥 with my tongues took out I had went into surgery cause I had to take out my toungles and my friend Makayla Lewis is in the hospital 🏥 cause her head 🗣️ was hurting her so I'm pray 🙏 😥 for her
I went to the hospital with chest pains and was hooked up. Everything seemed normal and the pains had died down. Then a few minutes after everyone left the room I started having the pains again and recall hearing an alarm going off. 3 consecutive beeps consistently for the better part of 5 minutes or more. I looked over and noticed my heart rate jumped to 100 and my blood pressure to 137/90. A nurse that seemed to have a shity attitude came in and said everything was fine. She turned it off, unhooked me and took me to xrays (which came back clean). My parents were there (both with history of high blood pressure and both suffered from a stroke) and my mom got concerned and said my blood pressure was high. Something seems fishy. Even though I'm considered too young for heart issues, something doesn't feel right. I told the doctors and a different nurse when I was returned to the room. They hooked me up again, but after I was given some meds. Thank you for the video. It was educational and very helpful. I plan to see a cardiologist asap and share this with them.
Nynja this is why patients should not be able to hear the alarms. You heard an alarm, got spooked, and your HR was 100...which is still normal, but because you heard a noise you’re convinced it means something was actually wrong. These things false alarm 90% of the time. In fact so many false alarms that there is a thing called “alarm fatigue” where nurses hear so many false alarms that they can begin to tune them all out. So alarm does NOT equal something wrong.
