Hmoob Tej Tub is happy to announce that we are finally completed this Hmong all time hit song. Thank you to all the support from all my Hmong Family. Especailly, this team the artist in this music videos that has take there time off work and in the hot sun to complete with this project. You guys are the best, and without this team i dont think this project will ever be complete. And to our singers Teej Her and Akinew Her (Akumi). Hello. This is Hmoob Tej Tub Production. Thank you everyone for your honest feedbacks, positive comments, negative comments and opinions. We are a team that is still learning altogether and is still new to this Industry.
To address to some people:
1) Yes, this is Teej's song and he will get a solo soon as he should.
2) This song became a "duet", the girl answering the guy instead of a full solo is because Teej wanted to surprise everyone with this twist. He wanted a girl to answer his part of the song, so we had the singer Akinew answer him back.
3) The reason why we had extras in the back was to make this Music Video different. We didn't want a plain MV with just the singers, so we had the extras like what Teej wanted.
4) The Music Video may seem everywhere, but if you look closely, it takes place in the country side and city life. We wanted to make this Music video full of life, happy and outgoing.
The ladies are mainly in the country side as the men's are in the city life. The men's don't mind to adjust to the country girls life, as long as they can and as Teej's line in the song says, "Es koj puas kam, kuv yuav tuaj kom tau ntsib koj." I hope this kind of makes the confused one understand a little.
**Plus this cattle is our main sponsorship. We're showing gratitude by using their beautiful horses in our MV as a big thank you.**
5) A few of you said we took advantage of Teej and his song for this project. That is incorrect. Teej is part of Hmoob Tej Tub Production. We are in this altogether. This is OUR work together. Teej needed help, we are here for him and did the best to help him as a team. Do you guys think we were able to do ANY of these scenes if Teej did not OK this MV? Ofcourse not! He was happy will all the scenes we did. We wouldn't just change and add anything if Teej was not okay. This is Teej's first song and he wanted people involved with it. With this said, I hope this answers everyone's questions of why this is a duet instead of a solo.
With all the opinions of everyone, we will do better on our next Music Video.

Music video has nothing to do with teng..too much extra people..why are people that got nothing to do with the song being showcase at the end riding horse and not teng or the girl singing..yall should've thought about this being his first ever Music video..you as the producer should make it better so people can understand and support his future projects..I feel like you guys took advantage of teng for your own greed ..I know teng very well and he will just go along with it..he's a family of mine and he's easy going so I know what happened here.

Aw, wished it was only a teng song. I felt it didn’t really give him the thunder he deserved. I Thought it was odd to be throwing a football in the background while he sings in that one scene. But both singers voice were very good. She did a beautiful job singing too.

Isn't this Teng Her's song, why not just his solo. Everybody else is to extra. The music video did not showcase the artist and his creativity at all. The actors along with the duet took away credibility of Teng Her's hard work.

Yes it is Teej's song, but he asked all of us to help him. We gladly helped him with our heart as friend to friend. We took days off work and invested alot into this Music Video altogether. It’s the studio recording, but he sounded better live originally 😂
Voice audio correction works wonders. It clears out all the bass and such. Concerts sounds different due to lots of sound disturbance. How do I know? Well I use to do music but got side tracked, then stopped

I understand that you guys were trying to be different, but sometimes less is more. Also, simplicity is key. This music video was messy and all over the place; therefore making it hard to understand the story being portrayed. To be honest, in my opinion...it's not a bad video. But the first guy who started singing the song and moving around in the background distracted me and there's too much going on the background that it makes it a little hard to focus on the main singer. I think because this was also Teng's song, it could've been a solo thing for the first time and then she could've had her girl version to reply back. Then again, there's always room for improvements. Not saying my comment in a bad way, but just for some criticism to think on for next video. :)

Let me just say I am a fan, I appreciate all Hmong artists and will continue to follow you no matter what. Now I'd like to share my thoughts here which will hopefully come across as constructive criticism: Akinew's voice is very good but making this a duet shows a lack of confidence and commitment from Teej. Everyone knows this is his song, but it's like he didn't want to / couldn't write a few extra lyrics - even after all this time - to carry the entire song himself. Teej, if you're reading this, you have the potential to be a great talent. I believe you are more than a one hit wonder and hope you continue to cultivate your talent; the world needs to hear your voice.
As for the music video, just as others have already mentioned, it is all over the place. There are too many extra actors and actresses doing random takes with no coherent story or theme. I get it, you wanted to keep it light-hearted but if anything, the role of actors and actresses is to amplify the message of the song, not to distract or attract attention to themselves.
I hope these comments don't discourage you team from producing great work. You are still moving in the right direction and I look forward to more from all of you.
