The Move cover shoot drill is a very basic FOF based, micro drill, designed to introduce students past the FOP phase to a dynamic environment that requires tracking of threat, selection of covers and above all - mobility. The drill has no good or bad guys, let alone context. It has only a designated 'sandbox' and specific types of covers. Upon the command of move, individuals have to move into covers, while maintaining eye contact with one another. Upon the command of cover, students are forced to change covers. Instructors may repeat the word to enforce complexity or specific interactions. upon the command 'shoot!' students are clear to engage. This is a low intensity, short duration with potentially high amount of reps FOF, that might seem simple. But it is our experience that even great shooters fail in this drill as it requires decision making and performance we rarely, find ourselves doing in the range.
I would like to see more theory videos, like the ones you did with UF Pro.

Tip from an airsoft youtuber, drill some small holes in the case that line up with the camera mics, makes the video a lot better due to non muffled sound :)

What guns are you using ? Airsoft replicas ? In case you r or planning to do so, pls look to Umarex Glock 17 gen 4 CO2 1.3 J 6 mm version, it feels like real Gen 4 ( trigger , weight , balance , same dimensions, can fit on real 17 holsters ... ) very cheap tool for training
They frequently use custom simunitions rounds, depending on the department they are training, at that particular moment. think FX, UTM, etc...

Hi are you using gas or electric airsoft guns? What kind of airsoft would you recommend for CQB training?

sometimes FX, UTM or Airsoft.
@@VidarrKerrin terms of training yes, it's most realistic but in Germany everything reglemented. Simunintion counts as shooting in Germanlaw and is only allowed in shooting environments as far as I know.
And from the costside I would prefer an realistic GBB airsoft gun.
Handling is the same, it's cheaper and not reglemented.
