I have the same issue and i think maybe is it because i didnt update my iOS to 18 one (using 13 pro max) Update: Even with iOS 18 it still asking for credit card details otherwise it doesn’t proceed. The only subscription I have is the iCloud Plan for Storage. I don’t know
