Not to take anything from Kahuku’s win…but you can tell which team was more fundamentally sound and better. I know it’s really humid in HI, which probably made it hard for SJB, but they stuck it out. Also agree with what other said about flags late in the game…Kahukun needed everything and anything they could’ve got to win this game. Don’t get me wrong though…they played hard just like they did against Mater Dei. I think if this was played in Cali, it would’ve been another blow out win going to SJB. Just my honest opinion. Also…that last hit was a solid correct form hit!

Not a Bosca fan at all but on literally every big play Bosco had or any 3rd down the red team failed to convert there was a Flag in favor of the home team. Phantom calls from the refs on the other side of the field on long runs, late flags on 20 yard overthrows. Red team needed every break to win this game
Kahuku is a public school from the North Shore of Oahu Hawaii to beat a team in the top three in the country is amazing for Hawaii football . Yes we are a small place but we have a lot of talent. Proud of the red Raiders.

Watch the whole game with unbiased eyes If not watch the last two drives on another posting that shows you then”phantom penalties “ Bosco thought they were going on a vacation and forgot how to play football and committed several penalties. Frustration happens with private schools when the public school is ahead at the end of the game (#6 SJB after the last Kahuku score)
