    Mold 18 cm:
    5 eggs.
    Sugar 80 gr.
    Vegetable oil without aroma 35 ml
    Orange juice 70 ml
    Gloom of 1 orange
    Flour 70 gr.
    Corn starch 35 gr
    Salt 1/2 teaspoon
    Lingerie powder 1/2 teaspoon
    Vanilla 1/2 teaspoon
    1. Separate the yolks of the whites. Add oil and juice to the yolks and mix. Flour mix with starch, salt, vanilla, baking powder and orange loop. All the mixtures and add to the yolks. Mix well again.
    2. We beat the lights first without sugar before the foam formation. When a good foam appeared, we started adding sugar in parts. I divided the sugar into 4 servings. After adding each portion, we beat 2 minutes.
    3. Add the whites to the yolks, too, in parts. (DIVIDI in 4 servings). Mix carefully from the bottom up. I use the form of 18 cm. The background with a paper. The edges were not lubricated. We bake 40 minutes to 160 g without a fan. Topa and heated background. If you use the cookie to the cake, I advise you to wrap the paper and leave it in the refrigerator during the night, so it would be less crumbled.
