Turmeric powder 1.5 tbsp
Salt 2 tbsp
Garam masala powder 2 tbsp
Desi 4 tbsp
Onion 1 big size (fried)
Long grain basmati rice 2kg
(Soaked for half an hour)

Aloo bukhar 10
Rose petals 2 tbsp
Water 1.5 glass
Water 6 to 7 ltr
Salt 6 tbsp
