Younglife Carolina Point Work Crew 2022

I don't even know where to begin... These 3 weeks hold some of the most amazing and life changing moments of my life. I was given the privilege of living with 40 other amazing high school students from all over the US. These strangers soon became family and will always hold a special part of my heart. We all gave up time from our summers to serve the Lord and bring others closer to Him. Through this we struggled, cried, laughed, prayed, danced, and most importantly strengthened our own relationships with God.
We spent roughly 3 weeks at a Younglife Camp (Carolina Point) on the border of North and South Carolina. I was given the amazingly awesome task of being a lawashie (aka a janitor!) with 8 other crazy, fun girls. We spent half of our day washing toilets, cleaning windows, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping floors, doing laundry, and making sure camp was lookin' GOOOOD. The other part of our day was spent hanging out, learning more about each other and God, playing games, and assisting with other jobs around camp. I am so grateful for the people I got to be with all day everyday - couldn't have picked a better group if I tried.
