Right!! Also I was informed that it's part of a series; the first book is about the sister that can taste emotions, it's called Bittersweet in the Hollow. It seems like they might be interconnected standalone's; the first book describes 4 sisters with different talents, but the books don't show up as a series on Amazon, so I don't know if you HAVE to read them in order. Either way the world seems fun, so I think I'll pick up the first one and give that a read too! 📖✨
Lies on the Serpents Tongue is actually the second book the the Bittersweet in the Hollows series, I read the first and really enjoyed it, super excited for the second!
Super excited for Rebel Witch!!! 😍 ..the UK hardback of Quicksilver has the alternate indie cover on the reverse of the dust jacket which is SO COOL 🙌🏽✨ can't believe we have to wait a year for the next book 😑*internally screaming into the void* 😑 Same with Lana.. omg you need to read The Nanny soon too.. it's FIRE 🔥🫠 when are we starting Under Loch and Key?! NEED a Nessie Scotsman in my life 😭 🦕
The synopsis for The starlight heir is so intriguing i want to read it ASAP!! The synopsis gives the vibes of manhwas (Korean comics) I don't why but it just gives that vibe. Now i want January to come 😂
lies on the serpent's tongue sounds insane?!?! But the main character is 18, so idk 😅 the Christmas tree farm being mentioned 👀😂🎄👏i wasn't crazy about heartless hunter but it was good, I will be reading rebel witch for sure!
It definitely sounds different! It's a YA series potentially. There's another book about the sister that can taste emotions - it's called Bittersweet in the Hollow. And I'm hoping Heartless Hunter is as good as I've built it up to be in my head 😅 I've purposely avoided hearing any reviews for it to keep expectations to a minimum, but the synopsis sounds SO GOOD! lol
I'm also looking forward to the Emily Rath book, the Grady Hendrix one, maybe Alice Feeney because yeah, I could really dislike it or I could maybe think it's okay. and there's a few others, you mentioned that I'm eyeing. also. are you the first person not to mention Onyx Storm????
Shannon Lee is Bruce Lee's daughter, so I had to google and "The first novel in a sweeping YA fantasy duology based on characters and teachings created by Bruce Lee!" and I know Bruce taught martial arts but I don't remember anything about him creating characters, I read and watched quite a bit on Bruce back in the day. I'm wondering if the characters he created were just for family/friends/those in his class??? Possibly a question or two I will never know the answer to, but thanks for putting this book on my radar.
Lauren Asher is supposed to have her third and maybe final book out of the Love Arranged I guess they that´s now coming out on May 25th MY GODS....hurry up already! That´s the only one that I NEED to get my hands on.....Im so mad its taking so long. I guess I´ll see if the newer one is on my nook, but yea i love those books. They´re so thick, and thought of her coming out with a novella is kinda funny.....
I didn't really think about that, but Lauren Asher's books are always super chunky lol I've only read The Fine Print, but I have all the books for that series and Love Redesigned, so I need to start reading them! 😅 ..maybe by May I'll be caught up just in time for the new one! 😋
I’m excited for some of these too! Especially Rebel Witch. Also looking forward to Onyx Storm and The Crash by Frieda McFadden.
Onyx Storm!! I preordered that months ago, so I totally forgot about it!! Definitely excited for that as well! 🐉📖✨

Thank you for letting me know!! ..I need to stop getting so mesmerized by covers and not paying attention to if a book is part of a series 😅 lol

LOL not mentioning Onyx Storm was purely an accident - I preordered it months ago, so I totally forgot about it 😂
