    INGREDIENTS:
    FOR PLAIN VANILLA CAKE:
    All purpose flour/ Maida 1 and Half Cup
    Baking powder 2 Tsp
    Salt less than 1/2 Tsp
    Eggs 2
    Sugar 3/4 Cup
    Oil 1/2 Cup
    Vanilla essence 1 Tsp
    FOR BUTTER MILK:
    Milk 1/2 Cup
    Vinegar 1/2 Tsp
    Oil for greasing cake tin
    Flour for dusting cake tin
    FOR CAKE POPS:
    White chocolate chips 1/4 Cup
    Cream 2 Tbsp
    Milk 1/3 Cup
    Cooking chocolate 100 Grams
    Butter 2 Tbsp
    Sticks for cake pops.
    Sprinkles for topping.
    METHOD:
    Mix Maida, salt and baking powder. keep aside.
    In another bowl, whisk eggs and sugar add oil, vanilla essence.
    mix add half portion of dry ingredients.
    In another bowl, mix vinegar in milk.
    Butter milk is ready.
    Add this buttermilk in cake batter.
    Add remaining dry ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Grease and dust cake tin,
    Pour the batter and bake on 210 C.
    Transfer the cake in a plate when its cooled down
    Chop cake in a mixer.
    Now in A bowl melt chocolate chips add cream mix well.
    Add 4 -5 Tbsp in Cake crumbs Mix well.
    Take a Tablespoon of the cake dough and roll in a smooth ball.
    Let it rest in fridge for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Make chocolate frosting by melting chocolate with milk in a cooking pan, add butter mix well.
    Transfer in a bowl.
    Dip cake pop Sticks in chocolate frosting.
    Insert in cake pops.
    Put in Fridge for 30 minutes.
    Put in chocolate frosting and cover with sprinkles.
    Cool in fridge for 4 to 5 Hours or till chocolate coating hardens.
