I have this machine and I made it to where I have HIGH PRESSURE SOAP which they don't come with... I 2 step wash semis and I use the chemical injector on the machine to pull my acid and then I wash it with high pressure citrus soap... AMAZING!! Great machine MI T M!!!!

Do you have videos on how to clean the coils from diesel residue
Hi mk,
We do not have videos showing this process, however here is what we recommend: You must remove the coil from the unit and spray with a degreaser and then use a pressure washer to clean it. We also recommended you replace all the insulation before reinstalling the coil. If you have any other questions, please feel free to give us a call at 1-800-553-9053.
Never used a hot water pressure washer. So The one engine powers both the pump and heater? You can use this as just a cold water washer?
Yes, every hot water pressure washer has a switch to turn off the burner to run in cold water mode. We have videos on how to use an electric or gas hot water machine on our website. You can watch them at: www.mitm.com/support/videos/
you guys should have added an engine exhaust and engine coolant exchangers to heat up the water before the water goes to the diesel heater, this way less fuel will be used and possibly even eliminate the need of diesel heater.

Can I use a portable water tank for this unit when a water source from a home is unavailable?
Hi Dean, The HSP series is not designed to operate without being pressure fed. If you are looking for a unit to draw water from a static source you may want to look at our HS series units. Please feel free to give us a call at 1-800-553-9053.
How to move this to high buildigns and roofs?
We recommend using an extension hose and lift
That is bypass mode?
When you are running the unit and you do not have the trigger activated on the wand the water that is building pressure inside the pump is bypassed to allow for short periods of runtime without water actively being released from the pump and through the machine. You want to avoid running any pressure washer for more then a few minutes without actively cycling water through the system.
This unit has good heat but low psi

Is it safe to use on vehicles?
Hi John,
Yes it is safe to use on vehicles, but make sure you DO NOT USE the zero degree tip and maintain at least 18 inches between the nozzle and your vehicles.
