    Taylor is not only skilled when it comes to public speaking, she’s extremely intelligent and through her lyrics you can see the way she expresses herself. Her word choices is amazing! The songs she writes can make you relate to them in a personal level even if you’ve never lived something similar before. I became a fan of her when I got to listen to her music without any pre conceived ideas

    I never met Taylor but I've never heard of anyone having a bad fan interaction with her. Everyone who speaks about meeting her always has examples of how she always gives them individualized attention and relates to people on a personal level.

    I mean she's so comfortable and highly confidence compared to so many artists today. Even many politicians or my teachers can't speak well like this.

      yeah some people make a mistake of being too formal because they don't want to seem impolite, some others are inappropriate with their words.. she is perfectly great! informal with some humor (appropriate) added in between :)

    OK but I really like the way she speaks, she sounds very articulate.
    As someone who learned English from watching British and American TV shows and interviews. I've never found a problem understanding Taylor whenever she speaks. I find her pronunciation to be very clear, and even when I hear a word for the first time, I'm still able to somehow guess how it's going to spelled

    People don't often "acknowledge" this side of Taylor, they only focus on the negative stuff.
    While she didn't "look down," but I wanted to say that I think there was a teleprompter. You can see them on the sides in a couple of spots. Still doesn't detract from the speech.

    There are a lot of people on the internet saying she wasn't relatable, or there is no way Taylor can be relatable without even watching the speech, and I can't quite understand. I think she was incredibly relatable and well-spoken, she is privileged and rich and never had to go to college, but she managed to make a powerful and at the same time light-hearted speech that was easy to listen to, she did very well.

    • @marilondaridze6737
      @marilondaridze6737 2 года назад +6

      She was not born privileged and rich, and she did not go to college for other reasons than 'did not have to go', she just chose a different option in life, and stuck with it. Then fame and wealth came with it too, but her life struggles and scars did not disappear. And a person choosing a different path, has always the stories of struggles and is relatable because hej, you do not reach mountain top without breaking the sweat. In short, it is not surprising that she is relatable and can speak to the audience.

    • @CottageGurl
      @CottageGurl Год назад

      Its kinda obvious to the people saying "she's not relatable" blah blah.. clearly they never listens any of her songs or they never focus on the lyrics. Cuz taylor is becoming more succesful and she is biggest artist in our generation. thats just people just wants to find reason to hate on her..

    I really enjoyed this reaction to Taylor's speech! She is an incredibly educated, gifted, talented and humble young woman. As she has grown, and grown in confidence, it has been wonderful to see her come into her own, yet remain gracious and ever thankful to those around her. She is a silly nerd, which her fans love, and she interacts with those fans, creating an almost cult-like devotion in her fan base. Her willingness to be "cringe" and honest, and all the things gave you that taste of why people adore her so much. I can't join your Patreon, but if you could react to more of her on your channel here, I'd be more than happy to subscribe 🙂. By the way- what she said in her speech? Breathe in, Breathe through, Breathe out? No one knew it was an upcoming song lyric. Great reaction, thanks- SDK
