I think the longer videos are awesome nice job working under those wires be safe and God bless
Nothing like a load of scrap aluminum to figure out what to do with it. Good job guys.
Great work Guys! If you hadnt had power lines to deal with would have been a cakewalk! But you took your time & moved slowly and precisely. Showed real professionalism!
Good job. Everything recovered and damage free. Rotators make easy work of many jobs.
I just love watching you work. Your whole company is so professional, the way you deal with the people around you, other people you're working with and the customers. You made quick work of something that could have been a nightmare!😃😃😃I had to chuckle: downward pull. Sounds like you guys are practicing tow yoga!
Great job , lots of patience
What a great job of operating that rotator .
You made that easy !
Awesome recovery A job well done God bless you and stay safe
Awesome job
Great job, there is always power lines.
Ron Pratt talks about arch nemeses, power lines. Drove over retaining wall. Tour up a ton of equipment.
If you have a tandem trailer you need a pair of the scissors jack X type wheel chocks.
Great job hope everyone is OK it look really hard being it wasn't level 💯😇🙏
Everybody was okay! the guy that was operating the skidsteer trying to unload it when this happened is the same guy that got in there to help it off the trailer when I was winching it!!
Nice job gave you a sub from Upstate New York
you're a sweetheart, ty
Brand new trailer, Kubota loader and a truck…. I bet they haven’t towed this set up all that often.
For those wondering this was almost certainly a load/unload fail. A heavy enough machine (that 97 is) on the end of a trailer/ramps can easily push down hard enough to leverage the rear wheels of the truck off the ground- and thats a real problem on a hill. This exact accident happens more often than you'd think!
NAILED IT!
He got onto the ramps and they actually folded up on him forcing him to stay on the trailer so he tried to go foward to get the truck back down but by that time it was too late!
@@MercifulTowing I bet he blocks the rear of the trailer or puts the truck into 4x4 for the rest of his life. That was one expensive lesson!
Great job guys. How do you think they managed to drive that setup off the hill? And how did the enclosed trailer end up in that position? Was there a truck attached to it as well?
The enclosed trailer was sitting next to the road parallel with the roadway. They were facing the enclosed trailer and trying to unload the skidsteer, when the skidsteer got to the back of the trailer it lifted the rear of the truck and folded up the ramps not allowing the operator to get off the trailer... then... away she went into the enclosed trailer and down the hill over the retaining wall. the skid steer got forced to the front of the trailer and the bucket smacked the top of the truck. Everybody was okay, the guy that was backing the skidsteer off the trailer was actually the same guy that backed it up when I pulled it off.... I dont think id have a big enough set to jump back in that thing less than an hour later!!! LOL
Hey Michael !! Lots of questions on what the H_ they were doing ? 🤔🙄 Nice recover ! 🤠😎👍👍👍👍👍

@@MercifulTowing Well, Don't think that'll happen again !
I would have liked to see a walk around before you started.
Guarantee they won't forget to put a block under the back of the trailer agin...if truck is 4x4 lock it in 4x4 low ...ive done it but thank god i hauled buns off the ramps when it started and it still moved atleast 8ft
He said the ramps folded up on him when it lifted the truck so he couldnt get off the trailer so he attempted to go back up the trailer but it was already too late and he was along for the ride.
Michael, Why didn't they have the skid steer chained down? Great video, thanks!

Ah, I understand. I wouldn't have wanted to get back in there again, either. @@MercifulTowing
Man they almost had a pick up skid steer and 2 trailers in the living room.
#teamriddle
5 minute job!!!! Lol
Was the truck pulling two trailers at the same time? I don't understand the crash?
Pretty sure this was a load or unload fail while on a hill.. that 97 is a heavy track loader.. i am willing to bet once it got to the ass end of that trailer it lifted the wheels of the truck off the ground and off she wen't. Happens more often than you'd think.
Thanks that was my second guess LOL Unloading and freeze on the ramp when it moves. Many of those vids on youtube@@jonathantaylor6926
What in Tarnation Happen... There are 2 trailers a Skid Steer a pickup truck and a destroyed retaining wall ??? If you can give us YT fans an update on what happened that would be great ... Great video and nicely done i like how you show the whole picture with you moving around showing different angles of a recovery showing the Rotator working its just makes it a better watching video not a sleeper video .. and yes long videos when you can Take care and enjoy your day
My thought is that they were further up the hill trying to unload the track loader. As the loader got to the back of the trailer, the weight transfer lifted the rear of the truck off the ground so the whole thing rolled down the hill taking the enclosed trailer along for a ride.
NAILED IT!
I was trying hard to picture how such a sh*tshow happened in my mind!! But great job untangling the mess!!
@@IndependenceIron it was quite the phone call to receive trying to put it all together on my way there!
How did the white trailer get there?

How did 2 trailers and 1 truck wreck

@@MercifulTowing thanks for the response and keep making them vids bud
How the H did that happen?
Most likely they went to load up (or unload) and the weight of the machine pushing down on the end of the trailer lifted the wheels of the truck off the ground.. and off they went.
Next time put the boom down. You got lucky it didn't flip over back wards.
what are you even talking about? I expect a full paragraph explaining your actions.
Post your videos, if they are long. Then they are long. You could have even shown the hauling off of the items.
We were going to but by that time our camera batteries were dying and we were struggling to get good footage, we had to leave for this job on a whim so we were fully prepared with camera equipment lol
@@MercifulTowing that’s understandable! Looking forward to the videos to come. 😁
What the hell are y'all doing? I'd have that skid steer over there with no freaking change or nothing just back it off. We've had ours in worse situations
the skid steer was unable to move on its own, he was wedged against the enclosed trailer and was on unstrapped 2x6s on the deck of the trailer. You can see the tracks spinning while I was winching it backwards.
Constantly stepping over cable's BAD! You turn a trailer down hill it's going to roll!
You can never go wrong with a rotator The work always appears to be easy And it was what the rotator Don't have to move your truck five hundred times
