I made one for mine out of two 6mm plywood pieces glued together - the top one fitted the rectangular hole in the table and the lower one fit the inner casted shape. Mine must be older than yours - there’s no screw holding the original. I very carefully routed mine absolutely flat and level with the table surface. It is a joy to use and produces fantastic results...
That blade is begging to be replaced ;) But thanks for the idea since I own the same saw and I've always wanted to replace the oryginal insers since it's a crappy made one.
Horror story m8. At 3 mins 15 you use the fence whilst cross cutting. I can not express enough how important it is to NOT DO THAT People viewing in can be complete novices, best we don't show them how 'kickback' works in real life

There is some merit to your design, but your technique is horrific, and should not be followed by anyone. Your end result looks good, but lacks the final step: a countersunk hole for the already supplied fixing screw. Some of your steps for quick and efficient cuts make sense too. But your technique definitely shows a "fake it till you make it" mindset, which is an approach absolutely to be avoided when working with the table saw and it's specifically unforgiving requirements. I was actually surprised that you even bothered to finish by extending the slot to accommodate the riving knife, a safety feature.

Tak, nie musiałem jej regulować, a nawet jeśli trzeba by, to regulacja jest możliwa w tym modelu.

If you look at the opening part you will see that pieces of wood can jam down the side of the blade, (these are a very good idea)
and the original insert is lower than the level of the table. If you saw small parts, they will tip into the recess.
