This one has quite some layers:
Yazeed is the main Antagonist in Islamic History, who murdered the family of the Prophet in a battle between 1000 vs 60. In the battle he denied the other side water for 10 days culminating to the brutal murder of the family of the Prophet.
So when he says, that she doesn’t even offer me water, and relates it to Yazeed , it really hits hard.

Hi there Jyoti and Shruti.... This track is just awesome.... Music production was as always amazing from one only Jokhay...Minimal instrumental sound used and it really sounded epic... JJ47 started his verse in a beautiful way...he maintained typical cadence and flow through-out..Lyrics are as always poetry stuff from him...Fav lines from his verse "Kya kya likh deta hun neend ke mahol me.,Mai aane ke liye raazi hun, mureed ke mahol me...,Baitha rehta hun umeed ke mahol me...Tu paani tak ni puchti yazid ke mahol me-:Here JJ47 mentions the story of Karbala where the tyrant Yazid refused to give water to the grandson of the Prophet and his family...Lage pade ab sangeet ke mahol me..Hum haarne ko raazi hai is jeet ke mahol me" I mean every line was so beautifully writtened had so much deep meaning to it....Talha Yunus on the hook is just out of the world man...So beautifully done..His voice just amazing...Talha anjum proved that he is so versatile...His cadence and flow delivery always on point and amazing...he maintained good bunch of rhymeschemes too...Absolute poetry stuff from him also.. Fav lines from his verse "Baate sawa chali muddato ke baad...,Hum likh liya karte the geet intezaar ke liye...,I drink the pain away jo rehta hai i’ll hide it (Yeah, yeah)..Jehni sukoon dhundhta hun, hope i find it (Hmm)...Tum jeete ji mare toh wo to naam ki maut (Na)...Kala ko rulaaye, kalakaar ki maut"..Everyline was wonderfull....Really liked both of your reaction and discussion as always amazing and wonderful....Big Fan....
I don't know why we keep talking about Anjum where on the other hands JJ47 killed it with his verse. JJ47 is too good but got overshadowed by Yunus and Anjum and this time I like JJ47 more than any other.
JJ verse next level, I really liked it anjum did his thing but just jjs vibe and word play was amazing. I liked it a little better.
I have a suggestion collab with rohan cariappa for Talha Anjum new track 9mm.

Loved The Reaction but you completely miss the meaning of Anjum verse. There were so many things, you took all of them casuals. 'Baad e Saba' is actually first breeze of the morning, Which has so significance in Urdu Poetry. Then he said While waiting for you I would write these lines. .Then Maa Keday main Mahtab. Then he talks about death. There were so many things that needs a lot of explaining.
