Best wishes to you! ✨😊 As for the video, yeah, the snowfield is... definitely one of the areas of the game... but despite the challenge it's worth exploring. For example, besides the smithing stones you found, the enemies in those mines have a chance to drop smithing stones 7 and 8, so if you want to level up your weapons now, that's the place (even the stone that Gurranq gave you is useful to upgrade one of your weapons to the max level). In case you don't remember, against resistant enemies like the ones in the mine, just use any of your katanas with both hands to inflict good damage without your hits bouncing. In other matters and as a general tip (I don't know why I didn't mention it before), if you press and hold down on the pad for a little while (or its equivalent if you play with keyboard), you can automatically equip the first item you have in your consumable items (which will usually be the Flask of Crimson Tears the one in the first slot of your items), so it's a quick and safe way to access a healing in the middle of a fight without having to manually scroll through all your items (this can be very useful also for the PVP! 😉). It was a fun episode, Jackie. Keep it up! :)
Hey Jackie, you should make your weapons keen, you'll do much more damage because you have high dex. Against miners and crystalians, you should upgrade a weapon with strike damage (like hammers or greathammers), or you'll have a hard time in some future areas. Try the lightning affinity and ashes of war too (not against lighting dragons tho), lightning and keen weapons are best for high dex. Craft some fire pots, bone darts, bone arrows, etc, they'll make your life easier!

Apparently the word for horse in Chinese is similar to liar. Some messages won't make sense at all in English, since they are translated memes from other languages.

Oh, you do have VERY good weapons. It's just that your very good katanas are very bad at killing enemies resistant to slash and pierce damage which include these miners, crystallians, and falling star beasts. Every melee build would do well to have at least one good strike damage weapon leveled up to deal with these kinds of foes. Even with very low Strength, you can use the Morning Star hammer or a flail to kill those miners with probably just two hits instead of doing all that exhausting hard work with your katanas just to kill one of them. You have lots of smithing stones. Maybe level up your Morning Star or a flail. As someone else mentioned, fire pots of various kinds also work well against miners.
