So awesome, loved hearing all this. Really got some insight and inspiration from one of the guys who really got me into metal. Rain has always been my fav Trivium track as well as The Deceived.
Did he have anxiety in 08? After the show he wouldn't come off the tour bus the whole night. The others stayed out and had fun

The Spotify version only contains the tracks we posted. However, we have what Matt said about that song: «Washing Away Me in the Tides. “It's a song about the outrage and unbridled hatred I felt towards someone. Writing this song was my revelation, so I could express myself in a musical revenge, not in a physical disaster.”»
