It makes perfect sense Sis! Thank you for pushing me... back in March my kids pulled out old pictures and I thought...it crazy how we have more pictures on our phones than actual pictures and I was convinced in my spirit and thought...I'm going to create some portfolios to put them in... never happened... life still got in the way even while we were stuck at home with the shelter in place order. Im an essential worker so I still had to work every day either at home or in the office. I just think if we don't make a habit of something it's hard to get started...but things like this we really should make time. So I'll be jumping on board... cause I believe with it being on your heart to do it's God again bring to my attention. I told myself this morning... I'm not going to feel like I'm behind...I just need to get started and truly get started. Again thank you for the encouragement!
Oh my goodness that is exactly what I was discussing with my hubby. All the pictures on the phone- it’s not the same especially when you can add a small note to really express what was happening. I heard Dyan Revealey say in a recent video how people tend to get caught up with starting and finishing. She said just start when you start that’s it! I know I’m trying not to get overwhelmed and then miss the opportunity to document so I’m just trying to be very intentional. We can do this. OMG.. I am so with you! I am going to try and document and decorate daily as well. This will be my first year documenting! So glad to hear about your sister. I think many people, especially these days feel that there is no point in documenting.. but there is.. it is so important, if only just to be able to remind yourself of what you have to be grateful for.
