I’ve got a couple of these myself, both civil defense with grey liners, and the army ones with green. I’ve also been lucky to find a civil defense helmet that came with a dual stamped Inland / Firestone liner, with 1950s US webbing. These helmets are great, especially the early Danish manufactured ones! Great for reenactment. Thanks for your video!
Thanks for the comment...yes its an interesting addition to my collection....there was a military surplus shop not far from me years ago and he sold tons on helmets anything from Swiss ww2, french Aidrian , belgian M1 and yugo m56....I just kept buying from him....the shop is only online now and he doesn't stock many helmets, shame 🙂🙂
If you get really lucky you can find surplus (as was anyway) ww2 US shells with these, interestingly enough the Danes (especially with the CF their civil Defence) used a lot of ww2 Equipment all the way up into the 70s like the British LAGR and the folding Parabikes.
Very nice helmet 👍
Cheers and thanks 🙂🙂
