Have you been to Calamba, Laguna? There’s a big pot park called “kalan-banga” which became Calamba. Also in the same area about a few blocks from the big pot is the national hero, Jose Rizal’s “house.”
@ 15:44 I remembered that buli palm fruit in the '80s during my elementary days in Iloilo City and we call that 'bujawi'. And in our province at those times they make 'banig' or sleeping mats out of the buli (or buri) tree's leaves.

🏍 🇵🇭 On the Road again: Kyle is back in his element -- in search of slightly hidden GEMS off the beaten path on his brand new SCOOTER. Heart-warming to see KULAS traveling the countryside again -- without any strict agenda or timetable, simply enjoying the LOCAL scenery and flavor. Do you feel any different interacting with your kababayans, KULAS, now that your officially FILIPINO? Wondering ... 🏍🇵🇭
Your getting close to my Place. Try to visit Pangil River Eco Park and hidden falls or also knows as Buntot Palos. It’s beautiful there. And we have a famous suka there too.
I don't know if you notice it Kulas, but most of the town in the tagalog region are located near the river. That's where we got the word "tagalog" from. The original word is Taga ilog - (people by the river).
