Shad0w loves realism, I was talking to him as he worked on this, and he seems to always go for realism which explains the wheel trucks. The livery is the real livery of a Brazilian railroad.
@MrNJersey I bet the reason the Brazilian loco looks strange atop its trucks is because, if I remember right, Brazil uses a narrow-gauge rail system, but they buy a lot of secondhand locos from the US, etc. So when Brazil buys them they have to put narrow-gauge trucks under the locos, which looks weird because they were built as standard-gauge.
Hi MrNJersey Im the builder of the V100-2027 im very proud that you liked my entry, now i think i should have made it a Little bit easier =) Thank your for showing my creation and make These awesome challenges ;) Also the Name is pronounced something like Vanilla ice cream, sounded a bit funny xD Many thanks Jan
Hmm, that’s odd, I tested the switcher on the M84 multiple times and range is kinda low yea, but it should work. Though it may be an issue with the frequency not being changed but I know it worked. May have missed it due to running on default freq 0 on the standard switches. //Olli
Now to answer your questions: 1. The livery is actually real, its the standard Brazil Railways livery, I actually saw 9339 when it was running in the early 2000s back in my birth place. I would later found out I was one of the few to actually see it. 2. The underside of a loco isn't exactly the most detailed place in a loco, there's a bunch of cables, dirt, the frame's spars and thats about it. 3. The railing "floating" is because the grab irons on a locomotive are fixated on the sides of the frame, it does bug me too that they kinda just float there but I havent found any blocks that satisfy my taste when trying to join them, 4."Locotrol" is a acronym meaning Locomotive remote Control, Its what would be called a master-slave system in SW 5. I have no idea what happened to the point (track) switching system, it works fine in my game. 6. I tried being as realistic as i could if I'm being fair, she needs to accelerate before you hit the next notch. honestly I'm just happy that I made into the top 10. It has been a honor.
The last loco there, she tried to do a realistic train throttle system, where 100% throttle doesn't always mean full speed. Although she may have overdone it a bit.
It doesn't have "your" slip system at 39:00. The wheel slip is wired directly to the 'throttle down'. Literally the most basic wheel-slip system. That's why you lost speed when you kept cranking it up. Pretty damn obvious🙄
May not be same for you, but my issue was older version of Steam (to keep the library look). Had to remove a .cfg file that prevented updates. Could also be many other things, from what I saw when searching. Hope you get it working, but as a temp workaround, go to the installation directory and manually launch the 32-bit version. Hope this helps a little. (c:

The Canadian Pacific locomotive could have been used in the high speed challenge with that speed! Lol!
Lol I used the same engine set up as my high speed train with a few minor upgrades so it is almost as fast
@@Sman16 That's hilarious!
@@Sman16 Good job btw, your Locomotive looks great!

I am a Canadian so I love Canadian Pacific
Well done everyone! These are of a very high standard!
Use both of the Canadian Pacific locomotives for the artic line. He can also do a CN/Canadian National livery

This is amazing
14:48 this reminds me of a Russian concept loco "tem 8"
I need to go on discord more often, I had no idea this challenge even existed
Didn't make the 3rd train the black bird, but you didn't turn on the radio, so it wasn't able to send the track switch signal.
Need to do another train build challenge
Great work NJ!!!
I watched this 10 times just to see the Blackbird lol cuz its blyatful
Cool video! I am planning to build a Navy Coast Guard frigate. Will you mind if I include your MH-60 Seahawk in it?
i have a train will auto tilt but it tend to tilt the other way at high speeds
MrNJersey, what music plays in the background? it is very calming.
